Amazing staff, nurses, and Dr. Jayanthi at CRGH, along with the anaesthetic team. They took such good care of me throughout my treatment and egg collection journey. Everyone was incredibly friendly, reassuring, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. The egg collection procedure went smoothly, and I felt well supported every step of the way. Thank you all at CRGH for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent care.

I have donated with the CRGH multiple times and every experience has been great each time. Everyone, from the scan and screening teams to the theatre team, is always friendly and I always feel well looked after, so thank you all! Every time I have had a scheduling query Seema and the nurses have been amazing in getting this sorted for me. The doctors and nurses are also extremely helpful and always explain things to me, so that I know what’s going on in each appointment and scan, and post procedure. Thank you to Alina for looking after me in theatre during my last donation. I definitely recommend donating with the CRGH, as the process is always smooth! Thank you once again.

As a new client to CRGH, my wife and I were nervous just walking in! Jackie and Tessa on reception set the tone straight away - they were kind, welcoming and friendly. They were so professional and nothing is too much trouble. Their kindness shone through every interaction that morning - and not just with us. Even on the way out, they asked how we were doing and if there was anything they could do. In our first consultation, Mr Halimeh was friendly and knowledgable - explaining every step in a way that made it very accessible. So far so good! UPDATE The theatre staff are absolutely outstanding. They are kind, considerate, informative and very professional. I will never forget the kindness the afforded me. Thank you to everyone!

Excellent experience at CRGH Great Portland Street. The staff were professional, caring, and supportive throughout my treatment. The clinic is well organised, and I always felt well informed and looked after. Thank you to the whole team for making the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Highly recommended! Dr.jenti and the other nurses were so kind ! They made me feel so comfortable ❤️❤️

I can’t thank Dr Saab and the team (nursing, scan division and embryology) at CRGH enough for helping us achieve our dream of a successful IVF journey. From start to finish, the care, professionalism, and kindness we received were truly outstanding. The whole process can be overwhelming, but the team made us feel supported, informed, and reassured every step of the way. Dr Saab’s expertise and compassionate approach gave us so much confidence and hope. Also thanks to Mr Efstathios Theodorou for the smooth embryo transfer. We are beyond grateful for the positive outcome and would highly recommend CRGH to anyone considering fertility treatment. Thank you for changing our lives!

The care at CRGH was very good. The procedure happened on time and was very efficient. The staff were all super friendly, explained everything and made you feel relaxed and in good care. The procedure itself can be overwhelming when first going into theatre as there is a lot going on but they make you feel very comfortable and before you know it you are asleep. Coming round I felt very relaxed and the whole procedure was over very quickly. Great biscuit selection afterwards too. Nice positive experience overall.

I had my egg collection a month ago and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As someone who is usually very scared of medical procedures, I was surprised at how calm and at ease I felt throughout the entire process. The team made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. Every doctor and nurse I met was absolutely lovely. They all took the time to come and introduce themselves beforehand, which really helped settle my nerves and made everything feel much more personal and reassuring. They were incredibly thorough with all the checks and paperwork, making sure everything was done properly and safely. At the same time, they were so kind, attentive, and supportive. I was never left on my own for more than a few minutes, and I always felt well looked after. I truly couldn’t fault the care I received in any way at all. It was such a positive experience and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat, and I’m so grateful to the entire team. I often reflect on this day with a smile.

I’ve found it very tiring and unproductive trying to get clear information from CRGH. I enquired about their services by email on 10 June, 15 June, 22 June and 25 June, and also called on 8 June, 25 June, 26 June, 3 July and 6 July. Despite all of this, I still have not been given even a ballpark price for the service I was asking about. Given that the service costs thousands of pounds, I would expect the clinic to be able to provide at least an indicative price range after multiple emails and phone calls. More importantly, this has not helped us move forward with treatment at all. Confirming an indicative price range and explaining the next steps should be the very first step in helping patients understand whether and how to proceed. Despite repeated emails and calls, this still did not happen. What made this especially frustrating was the inconsistent information I received from different members of the team. Some people appeared to be trying to help and told me they would chase finance, but my follow-up emails and calls led nowhere. After weeks of trying to get an answer, I was eventually told on my final call that pricing information was confidential medical information, and then that CRGH could not provide even a ballpark price or price range without first putting a treatment plan in place. This was confusing, and contradicted information I had received from other team members. If CRGH could not provide even a ballpark price without a treatment plan, it would have been helpful to be told this clearly over a month ago, rather than after repeated emails and calls. In the end, we have decided to go with a different clinic, despite the fact that I already have semen samples stored with CRGH. Based on this experience, I would not recommend CRGH.
