I had a great experience with Alex today. I came in with ongoing back pain and discomfort, and he took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment.
I left with a much better understanding of what may be contributing to my pain and with practical advice on how to manage it moving forward. The treatment was thorough, and I already feel some relief. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for an osteopath who genuinely cares and takes the time to provide personalized care.

Been attending a few weeks, have a trapped nerve in my neck and its the only treatment that's helping me. I've tried sports physio for months had numerous mri's. Feel best ive been in years had it for 10years . Alex is amazing. Can now return to work after over 7 months off.
So far, I've had one session, but within that session, everything was explained clearly and concise for me. Not only that, but after just one session,bi can honestly say that after a day or so my pain level has decreased, my range of movement has improved and I feel much happier going back for a second appointment. Michael is a true professional who talks you through everything.
I was reluctant to go because of the horror videos you see online but it's nothing like that. If you're thinking about it, but not sure, just do it. You won't regret it.

I've been suffering from pain caused by plantar fasciitis, heel spur and osteoarthritis for almost 2 years. Went for a second opinion and to see if I can receive shockwave therapy treatment, as exercises weren't helping and I cannot take painkillers. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and they're taking the best care of you possible, making you feel at ease. Alex is doing his best to help me, looking for the most beneficial treatment for me. I finally feel, like I actually might get better. I had some hands-on treatment and 3 rounds of shockwave therapy and I'm starting to see the benefits. It's so great to come across professionals who actually care. My first time visiting an Osteopath and I was really nervous, Michael made me feel very much at ease.
Michael explained everything that he was going to do and as he was doing it which was great, then at the end gave me a full walk through of possible causes and recommended treatment plan.
I have left about 30 mins ago and can already feel a positive difference, looking forward to a good nights sleep. Plus got a wee bag of cool merch 😉 wee ice bag and a cookie, very nice touch!

Having suffered with sciatica for several weeks with no improvement, I made an appointment with Cram Osteopaths. My initial consultation & treatment was pretty thorough. Michael explained what may be causing my pain and how we may resolve it. The whole experience was reassuring and positive.
