I attended The Harley Street Walk/in centre in the City recently. I was able to book my appointment the day before for a blood test at a time that suited me. The booking process was straightforward. The doctor that conducted the venous draw was efficient and very pleasant. I have never had such a painless venous draw and I have had many! My appointment was at 5pm and I had my results before 8 am the following day. I will be very happy to book my tests here in the future. Thank you.
Very easy to arrange the appointment with plenty of immediate availability. Very convenient location. Friendly medical associate who took my blood and results arrived very promptly, ie early the next day. Seamless experience.
Great experience. I was visiting London from abroad and I needed a blood test before travelling onward. I arrived without an appointment and was done in 20 minutes. The staff were all lovely. I received my test results by email the next morning.
I wanted a cholesterol check up and chose this clinic because it seemed to offer a competitive price for a detailed report. And so it turned out to be. Received a prompt and professional service at a price that was significantly less than other nearby providers in central London. I have now used it twice and would definitely recommend.

Back in 2018 i saw a gp here because I had some worrying symptoms.
I could not believe I paid 75 pounds (price at the time) for this, I honestly felt robbed!
She just showed a complete lack of care, bored, dismissive. Awful bed side manner. I felt like I was bothering her and that I was fobbed off.
I was her first patient in the morning. As soon as I walk in, the second I walk in, before I even say anything or sit down, she puts bp monitor on me and measures my bp while im standing?
She also does this so carelessly she drops the monitor on my foot, hurting my foot. (Plus I was wearing sandals as it was summer) Doesn’t even say sorry.
Look at my blood test, says it’s normal and gives me like confused look stare (like idk why you are, what you want from me)
Doesn’t really listen to my concerns and questions.
Asks me irrelevant questions. Like when I last had sex and if I am a virgin. Like I get doctors ask if you are sexually active, but this was the very first question she asks me before even asking anything else and believe me, this had nothing, nothing, zero to do with the symptoms I was having. I get that the website said she has gyno as special interest but still odd. The way she worded it too “oh virgin??”
Then asks me why I didn’t just see my own NHS gp?
Dismisses my symptom as stress. Says do you have friends? Go hang out and chill with your friends.

So very disappointed. It was just a bad experience.
I then went to doc tap and saw one of their gps a week later. I paid 35 pounds.
What a huge difference!!! The doctor listened to me, my concerns, answered my questions, showed care, found the problem and made great recommendation and prescribed. Gave good advice. Didn’t need to ask when I last had sex either.
And no it wasn’t stress. Oh and he also found very low ferritin levels.
And I did have doctors in past when I had other issues who couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with me and suggested anxiety/stress, but the way you say it is the difference. They had bed side manner, showed care and I didn’t feel dismissed and fobbed off

Had a great experience at this clinic in the City of London. The staff were very polite and professional, and the whole process was extremely quick and efficient. My blood test was done smoothly with no waiting around, and I received my results by email the same day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fast and reliable service!
Very easy procedure and extra speedy results. I had to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment time due to a problem with the previous patient - understandable but, while waiting, there was no explanation for the delay.
