I had a great visit with Dr Axel. It started with Jess welcoming me to the clinic and helping me feel right at home before Kay took me to meet the doctor. We discussed my concerns, chose a path, and handled the item -- it was an easy and efficient appointment. Dr. Axel is easy to talk to and addressed all my questions and concerns, and he made it clear how to contact him with follow-up questions or to get further assistance. I would recommend him to anyone and won't hesitate to return.
From the moment I booked my appointment, City Dermatology Clinic stood out for its efficiency and professionalism. The whole process, from scheduling to the actual visit, was seamlessly organised and stress-free.
On arrival, I was welcomed by Jessica at reception, whose warmth and attentiveness made the whole check-in process genuinely enjoyable. She set the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding visit.
Dr. SJ was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, carried out a full mole check, and identified both a mole and a small cyst that needed attention. Impressively, she was able to perform both removals on the same day, with the entire procedure taking just about an hour, which I hadn’t expected at all.
Throughout the procedure, Aurora assisted with great care and efficiency, keeping me fully at ease and making what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel entirely manageable.
The whole team worked together seamlessly, and the level of care at every touchpoint was exceptional. I left feeling genuinely well looked after. If you’re looking for a dermatology clinic in London where professionalism meets a human touch, look no further. I will absolutely be returning.
I had an excellent experience at City Dermatology Clinic. After struggling with 4 painful verrucas for more than a year, Dr Axel finally helped me solve the problem. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on, walked me through all the available treatment options, and once we decided on the best approach, he performed the procedure right away. The whole appointment took around 20-30 minutes, was completely painless, and honestly couldn’t have gone better.
Catalina was amazing too – she even put on some music during the procedure, which made the whole experience feel much more relaxed and comfortable. Aurora at reception was also fantastic, providing all the information we needed and very clear instructions on the next steps.
Overall, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!
I had a burst cyst removed from the back of my neck at the clinic, that had been taking time to heal over.
Dr Reza clearly explained the current state of the cyst and the procedure that was to take place. The entire appointment took less than 20 minutes and was pain free given the local anaesthetic.

Amazing procedure and people! Very fast and easy. I was warmly welcomed by Jess, and Dr Mohsan and Angelica made me feel very safe and at ease during my appointment. I recommend it greatly !
The staff were friendly and communication was good. I had around 25 small skin tags removed from my neck during a 15–20 minute consultation and procedure, which cost £600. The treatment was straightforward, but I personally felt the price was very high for the time and work involved.
I had a minor surgery removing a Cyst from the back of my head. Dr. Sarah Al-Himdani was great and got this removed for me on the same day. I had a few issues with the natural scabbing post surgery a few weeks later but Sarah put me at ease with the aftercare making sure the wound heals correctly. And also offered me a mini haircut 🙂 Kay and Jess were also very friendly and helpful 👍
Brilliant service from start to finish! Jess was very warm and welcoming upon arrival. She also went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable leaving the clinic post chalazion removal.
Dr Mohsen and Kay were very professional and took the time to make sure I had all questions answered before starting.
Following removal, I had a minor panic attack and was handled with a lot of care and respect. Should reoccurrence persist, I will definitely be back for Dr Mohsen’s care (he is amazing!). Do not hesitate to use this clinic for your needs, they are brilliant!
