I am very fortunate to have found Citrus. Changed my life, went from not smiling at all, to not even thinking about it. Re aligned health teeth and gums. Dr Swan is brilliant at his job, compassionate and explains everything. All the staff are easy and friendly.

As much as this surgery used to be great, it now feels like it is being run strictly as a business rather than a patient-first practice. The prices they are asking for are completely out of touch with reality. I was quoted £1,500 for a root canal treatment simply because it is done under a microscope. When I explained that I just wanted a standard, normal root canal treatment, I was told they do not provide that option. Because of this lack of a basic, reasonably priced alternative, I was essentially left with no choice but to have my tooth extracted. Thankfully, I have since found a new dentist who charges reasonable prices and actually offers the standard care I was looking for. It is a shame to see a once-great practice turn into a money-making operation. I won't be returning. I have no idea how to replay to you but I can sure you that I was your client for many years and before change of new owner I can attached lots of pictures with my appointments to prove you I was your client I just send request yesterday to close my account so please don't say you have no records of me as is really unprofessional from you secondly yes you have not facility under microscope but this is what your dentist Kynthia suggest to go somewhere else how I say i been with this surgery for many years and never been treated like that as you need provide NHS prices also and your dentist says to me is not available when I sign in to your surgery many years ago my dentist was Drew but later I change same as my partner which was Maria but later on I find out she is not anymore there so i been sign to Kynthia so yes you well have my records

Excellent dental surgery. Always on the ball with appointments- texts and emails. My treatment has been first class with the numerous problems I've had. Dr Michie has been fantastic all the way through my treatment over the past 15 years.

I found Citrus online and the registration process was surprisingly fast. I sent the online form and had a reply within minutes, so everything was sorted the same day. The reception staff are also very friendly and always happy to help. I've had quite a lot of work done with Dr Kynthia Papadantonaki so far. She is very patient, explains everything in detail, and takes the time to answer all my —many— questions. The dentist's chair isn't anyone's favorite place to be, but she’s very gentle and does a great job of making an uncomfortable process as easy as can be. Everything has settled well, and I have no issues or pain, even with some 'tricky' teeth I was worried about. Overall, I’m very glad I found this place.

I have been a patient of Dr Drew’s for just over 10 years. I had an awful phobia of dentists and hadn’t been for a very long time however as I had children I knew I needed to now find a dentist. After asking friends and colleagues, they suggested Citrus Dental Care. I saw how great he was with the kids and in hopes of not passing on my fears to my children I decided to register too. I have had a good few procedures done over the years now and while I still worry, I always feel immensely cared for and understood. I feel listened to, Dr Drew is happy for me to take a moment when I need, everything is explained throughout in ways I can understand, I’m always comfortable and more than happy with the results. Most recently I had my first root canal which I was particularly nervous about and I don’t know why I was! It was literally painfree. I used to live in Edinburgh and years ago moved a fair bit away, it takes me over an hour to get to my appointments at Citrus now but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I find the building clean and comfortable to be in, all staff are friendly and professional and Dr Drew is a great dentist.

After not going to the Dentist for 10 years as a result of developing an intense phobia due to a horrific & traumatizing experience at my old dental practice, I finally bucked up the courage to register with a new dental practice (Citrus Dental). I informed the team at Citrus (during my registration) about my phobia and I was assigned to Dr. Fotis Bousis. The registration appointment went very well. I had my first actual appointment a few days ago where I received 2 much needed fillings, and Dr. Bousis and his colleague were the gold standard of professionalism. Dr. Bousis (and his colleague who I’m sorry to admit i cannot recall the name of) were sympathetic and understanding regarding my phobia and kept the situation calm, and kept me reassured at all times. Not to mention watching them work was like seeing a high level military operation unfold, incredible efficiency between the two of them. I could write an essay about how excellent Dr. Bousis’ handling of my situation was, but I can summarize the experience by simply stating that it was the best dentist visit I’ve ever had. I never thought I would find myself in the position of actually looking forward to all future appointments, but I now am. The reception team are also great! Very kind, great customer service, and quick communication. I can’t recommend Citrus dental or Dr. Bousis more highly enough. 11/10. I’m very, very happy to be with the practice.

I’ve been a patient at Citrus Dental for over 7 years and always leave happier from there. Excellent treatment, highly skilled, compassionate and in tune with the patron’s needs. Dr. Swan always talks me through each step and checks in with me through the treatment. So pleased. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience, as always, visiting Citrus Dental Care. I have been a patient of Iain's since 2011 and his dental care, advice and treatments have been nothing short of exemplary, and his manner always polite, helpful, and extremely professional.
