Every aspect of the Baby Scanning made me feel totally reassured on my visit. The clinic is spotlessly clean and the initial contact with the Receptionist put me at ease. The sonographer was pleasant and friendly but most of all spoke with authority. My scan was Ultrasound Renal and Urinary tract and she explained what was showing on the screen. The follow up with the written report came within a few hours of my visit. Many thanks.

We had the most lovely reassurance scan here at 9 weeks. The whole clinic has a peaceful, clean and welcoming feeling, and the reception girl was so lovely when we came in that we instantly felt comfortable. The sonographer was super professional and genuinely seemed to love her job, the scan didn't feel rushed and we got some lovely images of baby to take away. Reallt nice experience. Delighted, we will definitely be back 🩷

AVOID! Missed serious injuries and ignored complaints. I received a shoulder ultrasound at this clinic that failed to accurately demonstrate my injuries. Because of this incorrect assessment, my correct medical treatment was delayed for over a year while I was in agony. It turned out I had an impingement and multiple tears. Their handling of the situation has been shocking and unprofessional. They have completely ghosted all subsequent letters. I have an actual NHS MRI proving my injuries and if this company DARES question this, I will be taking them to task through legal channels and opening up a full enquiry on their business practices. By hiding their complaints process and ghosting a patient, this clinic is operating in direct breach of Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) regulations. They also offered a refund and never paid it. Utterly unaccountable and unprofessional. I think these 'positive' reviews should be checked for authenticity.

I chose this clinic for a private scan so my children could share in a special moment seeing their sibling. Before booking, I called to check whether it would be a welcoming, family-friendly experience and was reassured that it would be ideal. Unfortunately, the reality was very disappointing. The appointment felt rushed and lacked professionalism from the start. My children were barely able to see the screen weren't spoken to at all, which completely defeated the purpose of bringing them along, and the person carrying out the scan spoke very little throughout, offering almost no guidance or reassurance I was told the gender but as it was so unprofessional I'm now unsure if this is correct or not. The room itself felt cluttered and more like a makeshift space than a professional clinical setting, which added to the overall discomfort of the experience. I was also told we would receive photos and videos via email, but these have still not been sent. I’ve tried calling twice and followed up by email with no response, and now my calls go straight to voicemail. This was meant to be a memorable and positive experience for our family, but instead it was frustrating and disappointing. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all I would avoid.

Both myself and spouse loved coming in to Babyscanning (both had scans). 😊 it was lovely that we got invited back when we didn't get clear pictures too. Our older daughter loved seeing both her siblings and thank you for helping create life last memories for us all. 😊 definitely would recommend!!

We visited on 28th December and were made very welcome from the minute we arrived. We had been given this as a gift to allow more people to attend the scan and get the experience. I was further on than was recommended but this was not an issue for the staff, who simply explained that pictures might not be as clear. During the scan, everything was explained in detail. The staff member conducting the scan was not happy with the quality of pictures we were able to get based on the position of the baby and recommended we come back for a further scan free of charge. Our second visit was much the same, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The pictures were of a very good quality and we were delighted with our experience.

I’ve been to Private Baby Scanning three times now, and honestly, they’ve been a lifesaver during my pregnancy. The NHS only offers two routine scans, which is great, but sometimes it’s just not enough when you want reassurance or need peace of mind. Instead of waiting all the way until week 20 to find out the gender, I was able to find out much earlier through their scans and that made such a huge difference for my anxiety and excitement. Appointments are super easy to get. There’s never a long wait; I’ve managed to book for the very next day and even on the same day at times. The staff are always warm, gentle, and make you feel so looked after. Every visit has put my mind at ease and helped me enjoy my pregnancy more. They also have the cutest little products from gender reveal items to soft toys that can record your baby’s heartbeat. Such a lovely touch and perfect keepsakes! Honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. If you need reassurance, want to bond with baby earlier, or just want a calmer and more personalised experience than waiting weeks for the next NHS scan, this place is perfect. 💕
