there is no appointments when you need, and when you go there the rooms are empty no clients but always they say they are fully booked ! the therapist is not for lymphatic massage they are doing the facial massage only ?!!! i pay for ten session :) !!!! طبعا كلموني مره عشان يفهمون الموضوع وقالو بيعطوني موعد وطبعا ماعطوني موعد ولا اي شي وكله يقولون ويتنق وكملت اسبوع وانا اترياهم يتواصلون معاي وها كله لانه انا دفعت الباكج عندهم وماحصلت اي شي يرضيني !!!

كانت تجربتي مع هذه العيادة سيئة من كل النواحي. نصحتني إحدى السيدات بعدم الذهاب إليها، وكنت مترددة بالفعل، لكنني قررت تجربتها. اليوم، وبعد أقل من عامين من التعامل معهم، اكتشفت أنهم يحاولون دفع باقات متعددة دون وجود أجهزة حديثة أو فعالة، بل إن الأجهزة قديمة وربما تضر بالجسم. المواد التي يستخدمونها غير جيدة وربما تضر الصحة، كما أن تعاملهم غير مهني تمامًا، حيث يضغطون على العميلة لشراء باقات لا تحتاجها. على سبيل المثال، تسبب لي حقن فيتامين سي التي أخذتها عندهم مع مواد أخرى لم أعرفها في نقص النظر في إحدى عيني. حصلت على باقة شهر، وباقة تنحيف، وباقة لشد الصدر، وباقة لعلاج هالات العين، وكلها باقات مكلفة جدًا. يصرون على أن أواصل معهم حتى لو لم أرَ نتائج، بحجة أنني دفعت ثمنها، وكأنهم يريدون فقط الاحتفاظ بالمال دون تقديم خدمة جدية. أنصح الجميع بعدم الاستمرار معهم، خاصة وأنهم يبالغون في عرض الخدمات ولا يقدمون نتائج ملموسة. من الأفضل دفع المال في مكان يقدم خدمات ذات جودة حقيقية. أكتب هذا الكلام من شدة استيائي منهم، حتى عندما يريدون استرداد حصتي، لا يؤدون عملهم بضمير أو إخلاص، فالنصف منهم كذلك والنصف الآخر أسوأ. أتمنى أن يتم اتخاذ إجراءات بحقهم وأن تُغلق عيادات VLCC لما تسبب به من أذى وخيبة أمل. My experience with this clinic has been poor in every aspect. A lady advised me not to go there, and I was already hesitant, but I decided to give them a try. Now, after less than two years dealing with them, I realized they push multiple packages without having modern or effective devices; in fact, their devices are old and may even harm the body. The products they use are of poor quality and may be harmful to health. Their professionalism is lacking, as they pressure clients to buy unnecessary packages. For example, the vitamin C injections I took there, along with some unknown substances, caused vision loss in one of my eyes. I purchased a monthly package, a slimming package, a breast firming package, and an under-eye dark circle treatment package, all of which were very expensive. They insist that I continue with them even if I see no results, just because I paid for it, as if their goal is only to keep the money without providing a genuine service. I advise everyone not to continue with them, especially since they exaggerate their service offers and do not deliver tangible results. It is better to spend money where true quality services are provided. I write this out of deep frustration; even when they want to refund my share, they do not do their work with conscience or sincerity. Half of them act this way, and the other half is even worse. I hope action is taken against them and that VLCC clinics are shut down for the harm and disappointment they have caused.

الصراحه فرع العين أسوأ مركز مر عليه عدم الإلتزام بالمواعيد .. أحضر قبل موعدي بوقت ويدخلوني كل مره متأخره بحجة المريضه اللي قبلك متأخره ومانظفنا الغرفة ونريد ننظف .. النقطة الثانية والأهم .. بعد ما تبدأ المعالجة بالعلاج أكثر من ثلاث مرات الاداره ينادونها ويطلعونها يعني توه بدا الجسم يسخن بالاجهزه يطلعونها برا وترجع تسخن مره ثانيه وتكمل ويضيع الوقت وهي خارج غرفة العلاج ..! للاسف ادارة هالمركز فاشلة جداً لانه الموضوع تكرر معاي أكثر من 5 او 6 مرات والأستاذه زينب والاخت حنان والبقيه عندهم خبر بكل اللي ذكرت وكل مره يقولون لي آخر مره ويعيدونها !! غير انه في المركز فوضى وازعاج دائم من طاقم العمل يعني مثل هالمراكز لازم هدوء تام ، وجو مناسب للاسترخاء والعلاج بعكس الضوضاء الدائم عندهم !

I paid an amount of 450 OMR to VLCC Muscat for a weight loss program based on incorrect medical information provided by them, claiming that I could lose weight despite having a thyroid condition. After I made the payment and visited the center, the treating doctor informed me that it is not possible to lose weight until the thyroid is healed and under control. Prior to that, I had paid the amount via mobile number, and the sales representative did not inform me that the center has a non-refundable policy. Only after the payment did they send me the invoice. It's worth noting that the center should be subject to local law—so how can they enforce such a policy without providing any service in return? When I went to the center, they gave me an old, worn-out robe, and I had to walk on the floor, which was oily and dirty, without any slippers. The floor itself was being walked on with shoes that are used outside, and it was unclean. The bathrooms were also not clean, and the behavior of the staff providing the service was inhumane. I requested a refund for the reasons mentioned, but my request was completely rejected. I even filed a complaint with their branch in Dubai, and they also completely rejected my request. The treatment was very bad! I do not recommend anyone to go to this place. دفعت مبلغ كبير مقابل خدمة برامج تخسيس بناءًا على معلومة طبية خاطئة منهم بإمكانيه تخفيض وزنى مع وجود مرض بالغدة الدرقية. أفاد الطبيب المعالج بعد ان قمت بالدفع و الذهاب بعدم وجود امكانية لذلك حتى يتم الشفاء و التحكم بنشاط الغدة. قبل ذلك كنت قد دفعت المبلغ عن طريق رقم الموبايل و لم تقوم السيدة القائمة على المبيعات بإبلاغي من قبلا أن سياسة المكان أن المبلغ غير مسترد و بعد ذلك ارسلوا لى الفاتورة و علما انه المكان لابد انه يخضع للقانون العماني فكيف لهم تحديد سياسة كهذا مع عدم تقديم أي خدمة في المقابل. عند التوجه للمركز قاموا باعطائى روب قديم و متهالك, و اضطررت ان امشى على الأرض و هى غير نظيفة و مزيتة من غير شبشب و الأرض هي اللي ماشيين عليها بجذمهم اللي بيستخدموها في الشارع و غير نظيفة. الحمامات المستخدمة غير نظيفة و تعامل القائمين على الخدمة غير أدمى. طلبت استرجاع المبلغ للأسباب المذكورة و رفضوا طلبي تمامًا. و عملت شكوة بفرعهم بدبي و رفضوا طلبي تمامًا أيضا! تعامل سىء جدا! ما أنصح أى حد بالذهاب للماكن ده.

ميشيل تؤدي عملها بإخلاص، وتهتم بتقديم النصيحة الصادقة للزبون بحيث يختار اللي يحتاج له، وتساعده على التعرف على جسمه ونقاط الضعف اللي فيه، سهل التعامل معها وترتب مواعيدها بحيث ترضي جميع زبائنها، لطيفة وتعامل زبائنها باحترام ولباقة . Michelle the massage therapist is highly trained and she generously shares her knowledge and advice for her clients. She educates about the client's needs and the weak points. My mom took several sessions with her and noticed the improvement in her health. She is very kind and polite and is very flexible with scheduling to please her clients. Highly recommended 👌

My experience with Arona for Facial was very wonderful. She has experience and I think I disappeared in the session and I will return it again. لقد كانت تجربتي مع ارونا اخصائيه الفيشل روعه وأعتقد اني غفيت في الجلسه وسوف أعيدها بالتأكيد لقد كانت لدي تجربه سابقه سيئه مع قسم التنحيف ارجو ان يكون الاهتمام بالعميل لما بعد اخذ البكج وليس فقط حتى الدفع I had a bad previous experience with the slimming department. I hope that will take care of the until customer until after taking the package , not just paying.
