I have been associated with Silkor Jumeirah for more than six years. My laser therapist “Catherine” has always been beyond expectation. Her exceptional care and dedication are truly appreciated, and the results have been amazing. Thank you for consistently providing such outstanding service. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring laser therapist!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Silkor Dubai. For the second time in two years, my skin was badly burned after a laser session at this center. This was not a normal “sensitive skin” reaction. I am now being treated by a doctor, who confirmed that this reaction is not normal and is most likely due to an issue with the laser equipment or the way it was used. My skin had redness, bumps, irritation and burn marks. Even after the retouch, I still have hair, so the result was poor and my skin was damaged again. Last year, the same thing happened and it ruined my whole summer. What is even more disappointing is the lack of proper follow-up, apology, or compensation. I trusted them twice, and both times I ended up with damaged skin. I would not recommend this center for laser treatments.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Honestly, if I could give Cristina 6 stars, I would. Always smiling, always making people feel comfortable, and somehow able to always juggle her professionalism with genuine care and concern. Her treatments aren’t just treatments, they’re little doses of relaxation, results, and good vibes all wrapped up in one. If you’re looking for someone who treats your skin like it’s a work of art (and maybe makes you laugh along the way), you’ll find that with Cristina . 💕
