We had a very positive experience with Dr. Sophia at Shifa Al Jazeera Medical Centre. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully to our concerns. Her friendly and compassionate approach made us feel comfortable throughout the consultation. She explained everything clearly and answered all our questions with patience. I had a very good experience with Dr. Sanooj Shahjahan, the orthopedic surgeon. He is highly skilled, professional, and explains the condition and treatment very clearly. His behavior is very kind, friendly, and patient with his patients. I truly appreciate the care and attention he provides. Today visited Dr Sanooj ShaJahan (Orthopaedic Doctor) at Al Jazeera Clinic Sharjah and did Knee PRP Treatment....had wonderful experience meeting him and was very professional and seemed perfect in treating patients... Felt immediate relief after the therapy. Would highly recommend to visit him for any orthopedic issues. Also to add Faazil the reception staff was very helpful and heart touching in interactions. Other team members like blood collection, Xray and Doctor's assistants were also very good. Keep up the good work. Thanks

I recently visited this medical center and had a very smooth experience, largely thanks to the reception team. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and well-organized. The check-in process was quick, and they handled patient flow efficiently even during a busy time. What stood out most was their polite attitude and willingness to assist. They patiently answered questions, guided patients clearly, and maintained a calm, friendly environment. It really made a difference, especially in what can sometimes be a stressful setting.
