I have had a great experience with Primrose at Perfect Balance. I had surgery on a herniated disc in my neck and was very disappointed with the physio at the hospital so I chose Perfect Balance as my husband had been treated there. Primrose is very thorough and makes the most out of the appointment time. I never felt rushed or that she didn't have time for me. I have improved enormously and am very grateful for Primrose's knowledge and hard work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Balance.

I’ve been seeing Hiten for a chronic back pain condition and have made huge progress thanks to his help. He has a great manner, always made me feel comfortable, and really listened to what I had to say. He adapted my programme to suit my needs and was supportive throughout. His treatment has not only helped me manage my pain but has also greatly improved my quality of life and given me the confidence to get back to doing more of the things I enjoy. I highly recommend Hiten to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist.

I worked with him for nearly a year following a complicated knee surgery, and his support made a tremendous difference in my recovery. Thanks to Hiten, I was able not only to return to normal daily life but also to regain an active lifestyle, enjoying a wide range of sports activities again. I switched to Perfect Balance for physio after doing post-surgical rehab 1 time at a hospital-based program. Hiten is fabulous and my progress week to week was phenomenal. He also discovered an unrelated mobility issue, immediately referred me to a physician, and I underwent corrective procedure in a week! Honestly life altering experience going to Perfect Balance.

I’ve been struggling with pain in my hip and hamstring, and Cristian completely solved the problem. He’s not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients. A true professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist.
