I had a great experience at nmc Clinic. I would especially like to thank Ms. Shoukath . He was very professional, helpful, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude. Her excellent customer service made my visit smooth and comfortable. I also appreciate the management of nmc Clinic for maintaining such high standards of patient care and hospitality. My mother had a very positive experience with Dr. Archana Pillai Rajeswari, ENT Surgeon, and Nurse Kevin. Dr. Archana is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she is also very caring and approachable. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, patience, and attention to detail are truly remarkable. I would also like to thank Nurse Kevin for his excellent assistance during my treatment. He was very attentive, kind, and accommodating from start to finish. He made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of, and his friendly attitude helped ease any anxiety I had. The level of care and dedication shown by both Dr. Archana and Nurse Kevin exceeded our expectations. They work as an amazing team and genuinely care about their patients' well-being. We had a very good experience with Dr. Archana Pillai for the tonsillitis operation. She was very caring, professional, and explained everything clearly before the surgery. The operation went smoothly, and the recovery was also very good. Her kindness and support gave us confidence throughout the treatment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an experienced and compassionate doctor. This 5-star rating is only for the doctor. The reception and billing process are very slow and can take up a lot of your time. If you plan to visit, be prepared for delays, especially at the billing counter. It’s better to come on off days if possible.

Dr. Mamata Mamani is an excellent Obstetrics & Gynaecology specialist. I have three children, and throughout my pregnancies and deliveries, she provided outstanding care and support. She is very caring, professional, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Sometimes I ask myself why I didn't meet Dr. Mamata earlier. My experience with her has been truly wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Mamata Mamani to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled gynecologist. I would like to recommend nursing department especially Mr.kevin and indian lady who will assist us properly during our visit and consultation to their cLinic . they are helpful and assist us in a proper manner .. not like all clinic maintain that kind of attitude kudos to those staff
