I have been using this facility for my and my family’s healthcare around two decades. Located in an easily accessible area “Karama Centre” this is my first choice whenever me or my family members (wife & two daughters) need health care. Since the clinic is located on the first floor of Karama Centre (one of the oldest shopping Centre in Dubai), we do some shopping also apart from health care visit. It is to be noted that there are 3 Lulu outlets at a walking distance from Karama Centre apart from tasty Indian restaurants around this place. Coming back, we love Apollo Polyclinic first because of the customer friendly staff members sitting at the reception, ready to serve the customers with a smile. During all my visits (possibly 100 times 😊) they didn’t give a chance to complaint. Secondly you have patient friendly experienced doctors for all your health care needs (General Physicians, Pediatricians, Dentists, Radiologists, Ophthalmologists, General Surgeons, Gynecologists, Orthopedists, Dermatologists & Physiotherapy). We have experience of consulting all these doctors (except general surgeons). During the consultation the doctors make us feel comfortable (behaving as a family member) which go a long way in curing the illness. I have personally consulted General Physician normally for my illnesses. I would like to express my special thanks to Dr Lal David (Senior General Physician and Diabetoligist) for his down to earth dealings. In fact seeing his smiling face and chatting with him (in our native language) cure my half illness😊 and the medicine does the rest half. Basically this is the scenario with all other doctors too but Dr Lal is exceptional among them all. Similarly apart from the doctors , in other clinical staff I enjoyed similar situations with the Physiotherapist (Aswathy Niju). I was asked to undergo physiotherapy for my shoulder stiffness. In fact it was very difficult for me to even raise my left hand but with the experienced treatment by her it got cured in seven or eight sessions. During the treatment she will make me feel comfortable talking in my mother tongue, cracking jokes so that I don’t feel the pain. The nurses are also very jovial nature during giving injection, taking blood, etc. They make sure that you don’t feel the pain. These are not only my findings the opinion is of our whole family. When my daughters started coming here they were teenagers now my elder daughter possess a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from a University in the United States (currently working there) and the younger one is a Dental Doctor practicing in Berlin Germany. So ladies and gentlemen am totally satisfied with the state of the art healthcare services provided by Apollo Poly Clinic (who’s in business since 1996). In Dubai whenever I feel to see a doctor, my first preference is Apollo Poly Clinic who are opened all seven days a week. Am sure once you visit them, you will also become a fan of them !!

I had an excellent experience with physiotherapy over the past month. I started my treatment with a ligament tear and meniscus tear, and my knee joint was extremely stiff, making even simple movements very difficult. Thanks to the consistent care and treatment, I have seen significant improvement. Now, I am able to perform my daily activities much more comfortably, which truly means a lot to me. I would especially like to thank Aswathy mam for her exceptional care and support throughout my recovery. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and always ensured I was comfortable during every session. Her personalized approach, patience, and encouragement played a major role in my progress. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of physiotherapy.

Dr. Milan at New Apollo Polychinic is a wonderful Homeopathic doctor. I and my family visiting him whenever we have any health issue last 4 to 5 years. He treats all the patients with atmost care and compassion. Gives alot of time to explain the reason for the issue and mitigation plan. Best part is the he don't believe giving several medication. I used to suffer from hyper pigmentation for many years. I tried various treatments including laser treatment, but all was in vain. Finally through one of my friend, I came to know of Dr. Milan in New Apollo Clinic. Over a period of 6 months, I got cured from hyper pigmentation under his treatment. My face got cleared from all black marks . Its been 2 years since the treatment and the marks haven't come back. Thanks to Dr. Milan.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, your statement does not accurately reflect what actually occurred, nor does it address the lack of action taken since the incident. First, I strongly deny any implication of inappropriate or abusive behavior by me or my wife. At no point were we disrespectful toward your staff. This claim is misleading and diverts attention from the real issue. Second, while you publicly state that a complimentary consultation with another orthodontist was offered, this has not happened in reality. Until today: • No one has contacted me • No appointment has been scheduled • No consultation has taken place • No treatment has been provided to fix the issue • The hospital manager has not responded to my formal email, despite assuring me this matter would be addressed Posting that a solution was offered without any follow-up is misleading. The facts remain: • My braces were removed less than one hour after placement • My concerns were not handled professionally • Inappropriate remarks were made toward my wife • I was asked to leave instead of being supported • No responsible authority was available at the time • No corrective action has been taken since
