I had such a great experience with Delini at the laser clinic! ✨ She is incredibly professional, gentle, and really knows what she’s doing. From the first session, she made me feel completely comfortable and explained everything so clearly. The clinic itself is super clean, well-maintained, and has a very calming vibe. You can tell they really care about hygiene and client satisfaction. My results have been amazing so far, and I’m honestly so happy I chose this place. Highly recommend Delini if you’re looking for someone skilled, patient, and genuinely kind 💕

I recently had my first laser session at Meta Clinic BurJuman and had a great experience. A special thanks to Babitha for her professionalism, care, and dedication. As it was my first laser treatment, I was a little nervous, but Babitha made me feel comfortable throughout. She explained everything clearly and ensured the session was smooth and reassuring. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I highly recommend Meta Clinic BurJuman, especially Babitha, and look forward to my future sessions!

I had a very disappointing experience at Meta Clinic BurJuman. The advertisement on Instagram clearly mentioned AED 99, but when I arrived, I was informed that I had to pay an additional AED 20 registration fee, which was never mentioned beforehand. After the consultation, I was then told the treatment would cost AED 220, making the pricing feel unclear and misleading. The doctor was professional and explained everything well, so I appreciate the doctor's service. However, the receptionist's behavior was very poor and completely affected my overall experience. When I tried to pay by card, the payment machine kept showing ''Retry." Instead of offering a reasonable solution, they refused to accept a bank transfer and insisted that I withdraw cash from an ATM. Before I left for the ATM, they even asked me to leave my ''Emirates ID'' with them, which made me very uncomfortable. While I was on my way to withdraw the cash, they repeatedly called me about the payment, making the situation feel stressful and mentally frustrating. Good medical service should also include transparent pricing and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, because of the poor reception experience and lack of flexibility with payment, I cannot recommend this clinic.
