جدا جدا سيئين و مستهترين يعاملون المريض على أنه عميل او زبون و ليس على أنه مريض و يحتاج لرعاية. إلى الآن انتظر نتائج تصوير الالترا ساوند ٣ ايام و بالاخر يتصلون علي و يقولوا لسه التقرير مو جاهز ؟؟ ولا بعمري شفت معامله متل هيك المريض موجوع و هنن ولا عبالنا اخدين راحتهن عالاخر و الدكتورة المسؤوله تطلع اجازة قبل ما تعمل ابديت و توصف دوا ماله علاقه بالحاله

العيادات جيدة ويوجد أطباء ذوي كفاءة مثل الدكتورة مها للأطفال والدكتور باسل تخصص باطني وقت الانتظار مقبول ولكن هناك بعض التخصصات غير متوفر أطباء بشكل يومي مثل العظام مثلا ، المواعيد متوفرة عادة ولكن هناك مشكلة متكررة عادة وهي الصيدلية ! عليك الانتظار عند الصيدلية لوقت ليس قصير خاصة اذا أردت الحصول على موافقة من التامين مع العلم ان تأميني متميز وعادة يوافق على معظم الأدوية واعلم ان المشكلة ليست من التامين

Exceptional Care and a Truly Welcoming Clinic! We have been visiting Mediclinic Ibn Battuta for the past two years, and it has consistently provided outstanding medical service. A huge, heartfelt thank you goes to Dr. Eva Crisoligo (Internal Medicine), who has been our dedicated family doctor here in the UAE. Dr. Eva is an exceptional physician who genuinely takes wonderful care of us. Whenever a family member is sick, she always goes the extra mile to ensure we receive the best possible treatment. Beyond her superb professional advice and clinical expertise, it is her inherent Filipino trait of being deeply "maalaga"—exceptionally nurturing, attentive, and caring—that truly endears her to our family. She doesn't just treat patients; she cares for people. The clinic environment itself deserves immense praise as well. Mediclinic Ibn Battuta is always spotlessly clean, well-organized, and highly hygienic, which makes every visit comfortable. Furthermore, the entire staff—from the receptionists to the nursing team—are incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient. We feel incredibly safe and well looked after here. Highly recommended!

My experience with my toddler at Mediclinic Ibn batuta clinic is always good. Dr. Azam and Dr. Bhatnagar are extremely kind, patient, and reassuring even with a toddler who is less cooperative. They explain things well and provide effective solutions. Today the Nurses Varsha and Dekki were wonderful—calm, supportive, and very caring throughout. Really grateful to the entire team for their professionalism and compassion as it helps parents like us !

Dr. Reza’ Nowruzi ‘s exceptional attention to detail and genuine care were truly life-changing for me. He was the doctor who discovered my thyroid nodules early, and his careful assessment completely changed the course of my health journey. I am deeply grateful for his professionalism, thoroughness, and the way he listens and notices even small details that others may miss. An outstanding family medicine doctor whom I highly recommend.
