Excellent service from Life Pharmacy Mira Town Center. I placed an online order, and the team at this branch acted incredibly fast, arranging delivery to my home in less than an hour. The WhatsApp communication was especially smooth, with Aleena being very friendly and responsive throughout. The driver was also kind and professional. Thank you for always accommodating our orders and providing such speedy and reliable service.

One of the best pharmacy experiences I’ve had. The staff are knowledgeable and respectful, and they really take the time to help customers properly. Special appreciation to Aya for being so attentive and helpful. Her positive attitude and customer service skills truly stand out.

I had a really great experience at this pharmacy. The staff were professional, patient, and very helpful in explaining the products. The store was clean, organized, and everything was easy to find. Special thanks to Aya for the excellent customer service and kind attitude — she went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommended!

This is our neighborhood pharmacy which provides pretty good support. For instance, they don’t have an item in stock, the team usually make arrangements for its delivery to the home. OTC meds are priced reasonably.

Their delivery service is bad and the team did not handle the situation well, they sent me the wrong medicine, i confirmed the exact one I want and approved it by a picture they sent something different and when I messaged them that they sent the wrong medicine they made a new order and sent me the one I wanted from the first place and charged me twice. Suddenly without asking I get a msg with new order and delivery guy in my house refusing to leave unless I pay … called and talked to the supervisor and they were very unprofessional. I don’t know who hires such a team to deal with customers.
