I would like to report an unsatisfactory experience at this Kaya branch. The receptionist’s attitude was extremely unprofessional, and the expected services were not available. Therefore, I consider this branch to be one of the worst Kaya locations.

I had a great experience at Kaya Clinic for my body slimming sessions. The entire team was professional, friendly, and supportive throughout my treatment journey. A special thanks to Ms. Anam for her excellent care, expertise, and attention to detail during the sessions. I would also like to thank Ms. Fareen, the sales consultant, for her guidance, patience, and support from the beginning. She explained the treatment options clearly and helped me choose the right program for my goals. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and customer-focused. I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Kaya Clinic BurJuman to anyone considering body contouring or slimming treatments.

Manisha made me feel very comfortable and reassured, especially since I was nervous before the session. She took the time to explain every step of the procedure with a lot of care and patience. Went to Kaya Skin Clinic for pigmentation treatment. Straight to the point, professional staff, clean clinic, and they know what they're doing. Saw visible improvement after a few sessions. No upselling, just results. I have to say, this branch is my favorite. Ms Payal and her team are approachable, professional, and make every visit easy. Solid experience, ill be back.
