بداية الخدمة جيدة وبالكاد تفي بالتوقعات من إسعاد المتعاملين ولكن بالذات الاستاذ احمد الرفاعي يفوق التوقعات بشكل ملموس ومتميز في عمله وشخصيا الاحظ في حالة وجوده تحل جميع الاشكاليات بإحترافية من قبله، وهذا ما لا نجده في حال غيابه..... لذا يتطلب وجود اكثر من شخص بنفس مميزات المذكور أعلاه، يبادر ببذل مجهود إضافي إيجابي لتقديم حلول بدل الاتكال على الإجراءات الروتينية والتي من شأنها تأخر مصالح المرضى المراجعين

تذهب إليهم لعمل الفحوصات و يقولون لك يجب أن تأتي غدا صباحا صائم ، ثم تأتي اليوم الثاني لعمل الفحص فيقولون لك إن التأمين غير موافق .

The coordination of the entire medical team was seamless.Front Desk: A special thanks to Mr. Fazail (PRE) for his incredibly professional and welcoming patient relations management, which made the registration process stress-free.Medical Consultation: Both Dr. Abdul Raoof Thacharakkal (Internal Medicine) and Dr. Jitendra Khachariya (Orthopedics) provided outstanding, highly accurate clinical assessments. They listened intently and diagnosed the core issue perfectly.Nursing Care: Nurse Raymond was attentive, kind, and professional during the initial vitals check and assistance.Therapy: Mr. Rakesh (Physiotherapy) executed a brilliant, highly targeted session that provided immediate relief to my muscles.Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for premium, integrated healthcare in Dubai!

I went to this branch of Alfuttaim in International City, I should say it was one of the best clinic I have visited till now. From the reception I was guided very well by Mr Sam and Mr Talha. Later the nurses team I must include Ms Linu and Mr Raymond who given the injection and taken my blood sample with ease. Ever since I moved to International City in 2021 until today, every time I visit HealthHub International City Clinic, I receive the same level of respect, appreciation, and excellent treatment. The best thing is the smiles and genuine care from the doctors, staff, customer service team, and nurses. Honestly, I am proud of you all. You have all my love, appreciation, and respect. I had an excellent experience at Health Hub Clinic. Dr. Fareeha, Dr. Nagendra, and Dr. Hilda are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. They took the time to listen and provide the right care. A special shout-out to Nurse Linu for her kindness and efficiency. The administrative side was also seamless thanks to Fazail and Talha at the PRE desk, who were both helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended for their top-tier patient service!"
