The doctor was highly competent, empathetic, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. We had a very good experience with this house call doctor service in Dubai. Dr Mahmoud Maky visited us at our service apartment. He was attentive, patient, and treated my dad with great care and respect. His visit gave our family a lot of reassurance. Highly recommended.

Wish to record my appreciation of the prompt and very efficient medical response by your Grace Team comprising Dr Mahmoud Maky, Nurses Babita and Seyoum to my call for a home visit to attend an ailing family member. The medical examination, relevant tests and administration of IV therapy including drips was conducted within minutes, while one nurse stayed back to monitor the drips till the finish. Dr. Nagina, I cannot thank you enough for the miracle you brought into our lives. A year ago, when my husband suffered a stroke, he was left with half of his body paralyzed.
