من أسوء العيادات اللي تعاملت وياها في موضوع الليزر ، حرقوا ظهري بالليزر ويوم اشتكيت تموا مصرّين على رايهم (( ممنوع استرجاع باقي مبلغ الباكج .. مب ضمن سياستهم )) فانتبهوا قبل لا تاخذون باكجات لانها غير قابله للاسترداد لأي ظرف من الظروف حتى لو كانوا هم الغلطانين.
One of the worst clinics I've dealt with regarding laser treatments. They burned my back with the laser, & when I complained, they insisted on their opinion: "Refunding the remaining package amount is not allowed... it's not within their policy." So be careful before you buy packages because they are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if they are the ones at fault.
ما شاء الله على العيادة وعلى حسن الاستقبال من سارة والدكتورة وداد وعلى الاستشارة والمعلومات إللي عطونا إياها وما شاء الله على الدكتورة وداد ايديها خفيفة رفعت الخدود والنتيجة روعة والشفايف بعد سرنا كذا عيادة ما حصلنا نتيجة مثل ما حصلنا عليها عندهم ... وان شاء الله مستمرين عندهم .
زرت العياده تاريخ ١٢/١٢/٢٣ وجددت العقد مع العياده حيث أنهم وعدوني بتوفير عامله إضافيه لليزر بعد أسبوعين من تاريخ التجديد ودفعت سعر الجلسات ، حيث أنني أقوم بحجز موعد مع أختي في نفس الوقت وننتهي من الجلسة في نفس الوقت ونحن نأتي من طريق بعيد ، و الآن أجلس في العيادة من ٤ إلى ٦ ساعات اضافيه بسبب عدم وجود عاملة أخرى لغرفة الليزر الثانية … ولم يتم توفير عاملة أخرى حتى الآن …
I visited the clinic on 12/12/23 and renewed the contract with the clinic, as they promised me to provide an additional laser worker two weeks after the renewal date, and I paid the price of the sessions, as I book an appointment with my sister at the same time and we finish the session at the same time, and we come from a long way. Now I sit in the clinic for an additional 4 to 6 hours due to the lack of another worker for the second laser room... and no other worker has been provided yet...
