My experience at Emirates Specialty Hospital – Motor City Branch was extremely disappointing, especially regarding respect for appointment times. I arrived exactly on time for my appointment, as I always do, out of respect for the doctor/dentist’s time and my own. But to my surprise, two patients were taken in before me, even though their appointments were scheduled after mine. And this wasn’t just a misunderstanding— The nurse herself confirmed that their appointment was after mine, and I personally checked the system and saw that their slot was indeed scheduled after mine. Yet they were still taken in first without any valid explanation. For me, this isn’t a simple mistake… it’s a complete lack of respect for people, their time, and the patience they give. Honestly, if you plan to visit this hospital, make sure you bring: Coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner… maybe even a blanket. Because there’s a real chance you’ll end up “living” in the waiting area. This is not the first time I’ve faced this issue either. I’ve waited five hours before because I had no other choice. And in this recent visit? I didn’t even get to see the doctor. I eventually walked out after waiting. If you have another option—even if it’s far or not ideal—consider it seriously. Because what’s missing here is basic respect for your time. تجربتي مع مستشفى الإمارات التخصصي – فرع موتر سيتي للأسف كانت قمة عدم الاحترام، خصوصاً في موضوع الالتزام بالمواعيد. أنا وصلت على موعدي بالضبط، مثل كل مرة، والتزاماً مني بوقتهم ووقتي. لكن تفاجأت إنه دخلوا مريضتين قبلي رغم إن موعدهم بعدي. وليس فقط مجرد إحساس أو شك—الممرضة نفسها أكدت لي إنه موعدهم بعد موعدي، وأنا شخصياً تأكدت من النظام إن دورهم فعلاً بعدي. ومع ذلك تم إدخالهم قبلي بدون أي مبرر. هاد الشي بالنسبة إلي مو مجرد خطأ… هو عدم احترام للإنسان، لوقت الإنسان، ولانتظار الإنسان. يعني أنا بروح قبل الموعد حتى ما أتأخر على الدكتورة/الدكتور، بينما هم مستعدين يخلوك تنتظر بالساعات بدون أي اعتبار. وبصراحة، إذا حدا عم يفكر يروح لهالمستشفى، فليعرف إنه لازم ياخد معه: قهوة، شاي، فطور، غداء، عشاء… ويمكن بطانية لأنه فعلياً ممكن “تنام” وإنت ناطرهم. وللعلم هاد الشي مو أول مرة بيصير. وفي المرات السابقة ضليت مستنية عندهم خمس ساعات كاملة لأني كنت مضطرة. أما هالمرة؟ آخر شي ما دخلت على موعدي ومشيت من المستشفى. إذا كان عندك خيار ثاني even لو كان بعيد أو صعب روح عليه. لأنه الشي الوحيد اللي مستحيل تلاقيه هون هو احترام الوقت.
