I had an exceptional experience with Dr Wael Berro, From the very first visit, it was clear how dedicated and professional he is He truly takes his time with his patients, carefully listening and explaining everything in a clear and reassuring way, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in his care. What makes him stand out even more is the genuine attention and kindness he shows. I was so impressed that I also brought my mother and father to see him, and they both had the same wonderful experience. Dr. Wael Berro took the time to thoroughly review my full medical history and truly understand my case. He was patient, attentive, and focused on identifying the root cause rather than rushing through the consultation. I really appreciated how he cross-checked what other doctors had prescribed and made thoughtful decisions based on that. He was also careful not to make me repeat unnecessary tests, which shows both integrity and genuine care for patients. He even stayed beyond his working hours to listen and understand my daily lifestyle, ensuring he had a complete picture. A special mention as well to his nurse, Marianne, who is kind, professional, and very supportive. Overall, a genuinely caring and thorough experience.
