تجربه سيئة للغاية ونأمل ان يتم اخذ النقاط السلبيه بعين الاعتبار والتعامل بمهنيه لان مثل هذه المراكز الطبيه يرتادها الناس للعلاج فلا تكن غايتكم الحصول على المال مع عدم الاكتراث للمشكله التي يعانيها المريض وانا لا انصح بهذه العياده ابدا

I had my braces adjustment with Dr. Ravindra here at Downtown Healthcare today, and once again I had a great experience. Dr. Ravindra was patient, gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. He explained the progress of my treatment and answered all of my questions Clearly. The clinic staff were friendly and efficient and the whole visit was smooth and well organized. I'm very happy with the care I'm receiving and can already see positive progress with my braces. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional and caring orthodontic treatment

I had my braces installed by Dr. Ravibdra at Downtown Healthcare, and i had great experience. Dr. Ravindra was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain the whole procedure , which made me feel comfortable and confident. The staff were friendly, welcoming and organized and the clinc was clean and well maintained. The braces installation was smoother than I expected, and Im excited to continue my orthodontic treatment here. I had a broken tooth that caused the lymph node on the right side of my neck to swell, so I started calling several dental clinics to compare prices. Every clinic I contacted told me I had to come in first before they could even give me an estimate. However, when I called Downtown Healthcare Clinic, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the different treatment options and their costs over the phone. That honesty and transparency made me book an appointment right away. When I arrived, I was a little early, but I didn't have to wait at all. I was seen by Dr. Asiya Begum, who was kind, professional, and reassuring from the moment I met her. She carefully examined my condition, explained the entire procedure and all the available options, and answered my questions with patience. The extraction was challenging because the tooth was barely visible, but Dr. Asiya handled it with great skill and successfully removed it. The whole experience was much better than I expected. I'm so grateful for the care I received that I've decided to return to Downtown Healthcare Clinic to complete the rest of my dental treatment. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest, professional, and compassionate dental care.

I recommend Dr. Govindwar (Dentist) and the team at Downtown healthcare. They recently finished my daughter's braces treatment, and we are very happy with the results. Doctor was incredibly professional, patient, and made sure she felt comfortable during every treatment . The clinic facilities are good and the staff is also supportive. If you are looking for a skilled and caring orthodontist in Abu Dhabi, you can definitely consider this place.
