تجربه متميزة جدا هذة ثانى تجربه لى فى المركز الطبى لكنها كانت متميزة جدا خاصه من الانسه ماريا هى قامت بمساعدتك كثيرا والاهتمام بكل التفاصيل و قامت بالتواصل مع قسم التأمين الطبى من اجلى و قامت بحل مشكلتى و هى انسانه رائعه و تستحق فعلا ان تكون ملاك الرحمه . تحياتى لكل الأطباء و للانسه ماريا خاصا و جميع طاقم العاملين فى بدر السماء . شكرا جزيلا لكم

زرت المركز الطبي اليوم وراجعت عيادة الدكتورة سويتا وكان تعاملهم أكثر من راقي ، بداية من تعامل موظفة الإستقبال وإنجاز مهامها بكل سهولة ويسر إلى سرعة مقابلة الدكتورة سويتا ببساطتها وحسن تعاملها واحترامها لمرضاها ، وأجرت لي عملية تنظيف للأسنان وعمل حشوة ، كل ذلك وهي تؤدي عملها لم أحس بأي ألم نسبة لخفة يدها وسرعتها وتركيزها العالي في إنجاز عملها على أكمل وجه .

I had a great experience at Badr Al Sama Medical Center. I recently visited for a medical procedure, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. A special thanks to Dr. Gauthamini for the excellent care, professionalism, and expertise throughout the procedure. She made me feel comfortable and ensured everything went seamlessly. I would also like to appreciate the entire staff for being friendly, helpful, and highly professional. Their courteous attitude and efficient service made the whole experience stress-free. We have been visiting Dr. Romana Maqbool at Badr Al Sama Medical Center for more than 2.5 years, and we are still continuing our treatment with full trust and confidence in her care. My wife, daughter, and I have always received excellent treatment from her. She is very kind, humble, understanding, and takes time to carefully check every patient. What amazes us most is her experience and knowledge — sometimes just by hearing our cough or voice, she can understand the sickness and provide the exact treatment needed. Dr. Romana is not only a great doctor but also a wonderful human being. We truly feel that she works for humanity and genuinely cares about her patients, not just for money. Doctor Shashikant Jadhav is one of the kindest and most exceptional doctors I have ever met in the UAE. His expertise in diagnosing my medical condition was truly remarkable, and thanks to his accurate diagnosis and treatment, I was able to overcome my health issues much faster than expected. I have been visiting Badar Al Sama for almost a year, and when I finally came across Doctor Shashikant Jadhav, I decided to continue all my consultations with him. He is compassionate, understanding, polite, and, most importantly, an outstanding surgeon. His dedication to his patients and his professional approach deserve the highest recognition.
