It’s not my first time here in Aster silicon as patient and I really appreciate DR Asma she is the best doctor ever in UAE from all ways , she saved my life literally she did not for once , I run to her everytime as she know what to do and when , I wish all are like her ❤️❤️❤️ God bless her ❤️ بالعربي بنقول ملاك الرحمه و هي فعلا ملاك و رحمه لصحتي ربنا يحميها ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Summary: Terrible experience! I waited 4+ hours, paid for a doctor’s appointment and two tests they confirmed were available, only to be told later one test wasn’t even offered. They refused to refund the useless consultation fee (which cost more than the test itself) and wasted my entire day. clearly all they care about is money! Not patients, not health, not honesty, nothing! JUST MONEY. تجربة أسوأ من كذا ما مرت علي! جلست انتظر فوق ٤ ساعات، ودافعت قيمة كشف عند الدكتور وفحصين قالوا لي موجودة، وبالأخير اكتشفت إن واحد من الفحوصات أصلاً ما يسوونه! رفضوا يرجعون لي قيمة الكشف (مع إنه أغلى من الفحص نفسه) وضاع يومي كامل على الفاضي. مستشفى كل اللي يهمه الفلوس، ما عنده أي اهتمام بالمريض ولا صحته. Full Situation (for those who want details): I came in to do two specific tests. The hospital insisted I had to pay for a consultation with their doctor first. After making me wait over 4 hours, they finally confirmed both tests were available. I paid for the doctor’s appointment and both tests, collected the sample bottles, and left to return later. Hours later, they called me (after I had already paid and left), and when I couldn’t answer right away, they didn’t pick up when I called back. Eventually, they admitted one of the tests was actually not available. They told me I could only do one test and had to come back for a refund for the other. When I returned the next day, they blamed me for not answering their call, refused to refund the consultation fee, and basically shrugged off the fact that they had made me pay for a pointless appointment. The consultation cost more than the test itself and provided no value. This hospital wasted my time, my money, and then tried to turn it back on me. They do not care about your health, only about making you pay. التفاصيل: جيت أبغى أسوي فحصين محددين. قالوا لازم أول شيء تدفع كشف عند دكتور من عندنا. انتظرت أكثر من أربع ساعات لين أكدوا إن الفحوصات موجودة. دفعت قيمة الكشف والفحوصات، وأخذت علب العينات وطلعت. بعد كم ساعة يتصلون علي، وأنا خلاص طلعت و دفعت. ما قدرت أرد وقتها، ولما اتصلت عليهم ما ردّوا. وبالأخير قالوا لي: ترى واحد من الفحوصات ما نسويه أصلاً! وقالوا لي سوّي واحد بس، والثاني تعال خذ فلوسك. ثاني يوم جيتهم، قلبوا الموضوع علي! قالوا لي أنا الغلطان لأني ما رديت على اتصالهم. ورفضوا يرجعون قيمة الكشف اللي ما له أي فايدة، و اللي يقهر إنه أغلى من الفحص نفسه. المستشفى هذا ضيّع وقتي وجهدي وفلوسي، وبالأخير يلومني أنا! واضح إنهم ما يهتمون بالمريض ولا في راحته، همهم الوحيد كيف ياخذون فلوسك.

أسوء خدمه عملاء واستقبال بجد ،، دفعت حق الإجازه المرضية والبنت إلى شغاله بالاستقبال قالتلى يرسلها قبل س ٧ مساءا واتصلت بخدمة العملاء وعدونى انهم هيرسلوها لى واخذوا الميل ولم يتم الارسال إلى الآن وفات ساعتين ونص واتصلت بيهم اكتر من ثلاث مرات ولم تتم الاستجابة لى ،،، لا انصح بأستر نهائياً

الممرضة ميتشي في مركز فحص Xray كانت جيدة جدا دكتور انوب كومار متخصص العظام جيد جدا و اجرى لي عملية جراحية على غضروف الركبة كانت ناجحة و الحمد الله دكتورة العلاج الطبيعي مونيسا كانت ايضا جيدة جدا في تعاملها و اتقانها لعملها

المعامله غير منصفه وغير دقيقين عندما تقوم بحجز المواعيد عن اختصاص الطبيب.. لا يوجد لديهم طبيب عام يقوم باستقبال الأطفال بحجه انه ليس لديه رخصه تطبيب الأطفال
