The front desk is a mess, especially the middle guy who took hours to register and months to release my prescription. I have my prescription in my hand via the insurance, and I can get free home delivery through them, but I still want to purchase from Aster Pharmacy as a token of appreciation. However, the staff at the front desk unnecessarily hold the prescription and leave the desk. That was a Sunday, and very few patients were on the day, and still they are arguing about the workload during holiday

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding my recent experiences at Aster Clinic. On multiple visits, I have noticed that important medicines prescribed by the doctor were not covered or approved by insurance. During my recent visit, I had low blood pressure and fever, yet the prescribed medicines for both conditions were rejected by the insurance. This is very concerning, as it gives the impression that the insurance company is deciding what treatment or medication a patient should receive, rather than the doctor. This has happened before as well, when an important antibiotic prescribed during a previous visit was also rejected. I am not sure whether the issue is with the insurance approval process or whether the required medical information is not being submitted correctly by the doctor or clinic. I request Aster Clinic to please look into this matter seriously. Patients should not be left without necessary medication due to approval issues, especially when the doctor has already assessed the condition and prescribed the treatment. I also request that doctors and staff be properly guided or trained to ensure that correct medical details are submitted so patients can receive the medicines they genuinely need. I hope Aster Clinic takes this concern seriously and improves the process, because patient care should always come first.

I attended the hospital with severe pain and symptoms consistent with kidney stones. Despite undergoing two ultrasounds, the stones were not identified, and I was left in significant pain for a prolonged period until I went to another hospital to have it checked. It is very concerning that something as common and painful as kidney stones could be missed, especially after multiple scans. I have serious concerns about the quality of care and clinical competence at this hospital. Patients rely on doctors to identify and treat urgent conditions accurately, and unfortunately, this this hospitals is beyond unqualified

I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Sheethal MD (DMMC KARAMA). She truly took the time to listen to my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. a doctor who combines such high-level expertise with a genuine ..thank u to staff also Thank you Dr.Sheethal MD .

Impressed with their service. I recently visited this clinic for General Medicine consultation. Dr. Ajas C Haroon was very professional. The initial registration procedure was very fast and thereafter we have to wait for consultation. No appointment required, you can walk in directly. And if you have insurance cover from your employer, the charges are relatively low. There will be reduction in medicine cost also. Generally their service and medicine costs are very high. You can prefer only if you have insurance cover. This clinic is opposite to Karama Park.

This is one of the most prominent Aster clinics in Karama. The clinic is big with most of the available doctors. We visited for the PCR test and Monica was very helpful. We had issues with the pricing disparity and raised the issue and it was clarified immediately. The service was very quick and helpful. Among all Asters would not recommend this most as its quite crowded and also its difficult to find appointments sometimes. Overall, it's a good clinic.

I would not recommend Aster Hospital to anyone based on my experience. The front desk was extremely disorganized and lacked a customer-centric approach. As a new registration patient, I was treated arrogantly. Even after consulting the doctor, I had to wait over 1.5 hours for insurance approval. This was very disappointing, especially since I have A+ category insurance, where approvals usually take no more than 10 minutes at other hospitals. Overall, it was a very hectic and unpleasant experience due to the front office staff.
