كانت تجربتي مع صيدلية Myaster هذه المرة أسوأ من أي وقت مضى. طلبت طلبية عبارة عن أدوية للأطفال في الساعة 9:35 صباحًا، وكان مكتوبًا في الموقع الرسمي أنهم يقومون بالتوصيل خلال 30 دقيقة. ولكن مرت الساعات ولم يصلني أي شيء. في اليوم التالي، قررت التواصل معهم في الساعة 12:11 صباحًا، لأكتشف أن طلبي لم يتم توصيله بعد! بعد ذلك، تواصلت مع مركز الاتصال، ووعدوني بأن التوصيل سيتم خلال 20 دقيقة القادمة. لكن المفاجأة كانت أكبر، حيث تواصلت معهم مجددًا في الساعة 3 فجرًا، ليضعوني في الانتظار لأكثر من 52 دقيقة، ثم قطعوا الاتصال تمامًا. بعدها، عادوا للاتصال بي وقدموا اعتذارًا عن التأخير، لكن كانت هذه الاعتذارات تكرارًا لتصرفات غير احترافية اعتدت عليها خلال السنوات الثلاث الأخيرة. اضطررت للاستعانة بهذه الصيدلية لأن بعض الأدوية التي أحتاجها تكون متوفرة لديهم بأسعار أقل وغير متوفرة في صيدليات أخرى. ولكن هذه المرة ستكون الأخيرة لي مع Myaster، حتى لو اضطررت لدفع ضعف المبلغ في صيدليات أخرى تتمتع بمهنية وتقدير حقيقي للعميل. إذا كنت تبحث عن المهنية والمصداقية والحصول على الأدوية في الوقت المناسب والصحيح، واحترام وتقدير للعميل، فلا تتعامل مع صيدلية Myaster إذا كنت تقدر نفسك وتحترمها وتحترم وقتك. التأخير كان حوالي 14 ساعة و36 دقيقة، وهو أمر غير مقبول بالمرة، فما بالك بالتأخير دون تقديم أي اعتذار! My experience with Myaster pharmacy this time was worse than ever. I placed an order for children's medication at 9:35 AM, and the website clearly stated that delivery would be within 30 minutes. However, hours went by and I received nothing. The next day, I decided to contact them at 12:11 AM, only to find out that my order still hadn't been delivered! I then reached out to their call center, and they promised delivery would happen within the next 20 minutes. But the surprises kept coming. When I contacted them again at 3 AM, they put me on hold for over 52 minutes, then disconnected the call entirely. After that, they called me back and apologized for the delay, but these apologies were just a repetition of unprofessional behavior I had grown accustomed to over the last three years. I had to rely on this pharmacy because some of the medications I need are available there at lower prices and not found in other pharmacies. But this will be my last time dealing with Myaster, even if I have to pay double at other pharmacies that actually value professionalism and treat customers with respect. If you’re looking for professionalism, credibility, and timely and accurate delivery, along with genuine respect and consideration for customers, then avoid Myaster if you value yourself, your time, and your dignity. The delay was about 14 hours and 36 minutes, which is completely unacceptable, not to mention the lack of any apology for it!
