I had visited this week and my experience was wonderful.. Doctor Ann mary joshi was truly professional in her work, treats patient with kindness and care, and explains every step clearly and reassuringly and I was thoroughly impressed with the care and professionalism I received from her and she makes me feel comfortable and helpful during my check up and the clinic is clean and well organized, and the service is excellent from the moment you enter until you leave. I thank the Doctor reception staff and nurse for their excellent service.

I brought my father and 3 of my sisters here for the dentist before they had the same issue what i experienced today ,, From the beginning to the End of my procedure for 1 hour ,, the nurse and the lady dentist was talking unstoppable right on my face !! By their language!! The doctor even ask where I am working !! Is this professional thing !? She even ask where I did my teeth and how much it cost me!! Then they were talking the wholeeeee procedure unstoppable, I don’t know if they are mocking right on my face or what !! They are laughing and talking unimaginable!!!! I had never experienced this kind of dentist before very unprofessional ! Talking with their language infront of my face while they are doing cleaning and fillings !! And the nurse not even putting her mask on her mouth while she’s talking a loudly ! and while my mouth is widely open!! Management should look on to this matter !! This is very unprofessional just because I don’t talk doesn’t mean it’s fine!!! Can they not talk when there’s no patient !!? Why they talk like this !!? When I shared my experience to my young sisters they told me they were talking unstoppable also before !!

This is a medical centre from the Al Ahalia group located next to the RAK GAS building in Al Jazzah street. They are providing services of a dentist and general practitioner, with their pharmacy next by. Not very busy, clean and neat facility. They were very punctual in updating with regard to a medical requirement. The staff were very cordial and helpful. I have visited them a few times for the ease of easy appointment and good service, they have been good.

I recently visited and wanted to share my experience. The staff was attentive and professional. The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions thoroughly. The center was clean and well-organized. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. Everyone from the receptionists to the nurses was friendly and helpful. They made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I left feeling satisfied with the care I received and would highly recommend Al Ahalia Medical Center to others seeking medical services.

Hi everyone I am suggesting Dr. Akhila, Dentist to everyone,I got an amazing treatment here, she gave back my sleep....i came here with too much pain, she is very professional.. And find the root cause and treat, she gives me a comfort zone.. As I am very much afraid of dental procedures.. And the supporting staffs also very good work... Dr. Akhila is a gem.
