Booked an appointment twice, and twice I got cancelled - once because the dentist did not have enough appointment that day to justify keeping my appointment in the afternoon (okay thanks?!) and once again I was cancelled last minute due to previous appointments over-running, and no efforts were made to fit me in another slot that day. It really felt like they don’t care about new patients.

Super Cabinet Dentaire, les assistantes Dentaire et les Dentiste sont vraiment très agréables et très gentil,je me fais soigner depuis plusieurs semaines par le docteur Ghorbel Ali , Moi qui étais réticente à la base, j’y retourne avec plaisir. Jamais aucune douleur pendant, et après les soins. En plus de vous soigner, il reconstitue vos dents pour avoir une esthétique parfaite Le docteur Ghorbel et conventionnée ce qui N’est pas négligeable… Si vous cherchez un bon dentiste, soucieux de votre santé et consciencieux de son travail. N’hésitez pas vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Je n’y retournerai plus jamais. J’ai été soigné par Ali Gorbel, et je ne suis pas du tout satisfait de comment j’ai été traité. Comment se sentir un client et pas un patient. Il a dévitalisé ma dent sur deux rdvs au lieu d’en finir en une intervention. J’avais insisté pour qu’on le fasse à mon premier rdv il a refusé en me disant juste que ça ne se fait pas. Aucune explication, il prend son patient pour quelqu’un de bête qui ne va pas comprendre. J’ai dû insister pour qu’il réponde à mes questions. Genre “pourquoi ma dent m’a fait mal après que vous m’avez fait la première intervention?” Il me dit juste “parce que je vous l’ai dit le traitement n’est pas encore fini” j’insiste deux trois fois avant que son assistante ne me réponde correctement “parce qu’il y a encore de l’inflammation etc.”. Bref, il n’a pas été agréable du tout et on voit qu’il se dépêche et n’a rien à foutre de son patient. Plus jamais dans ce cabinet!

I was stuck with a tooth emergency while staying at Mix hotel and walked over to this lovely office with a sore face and sad puppy eyes and despite being fully booked for the day, they saved me. They were very fast, kind and professional. Excellent and professional and fair price. Thank you so much for making time for me! Merci!

Excellent and very friendly team from the receptionist to the dentist. Very professional attitude with all necessary explanations. He also speaks English. Super easy to book an appointment on the website. Highly recommended.
