Extremely unhelpful staff. I had to go and look for the right medical equipment myself, the pharmacists offered no help and also were not present to help. They seem to only cater to their regular customers who they know from before because people who the staff knows were cutting in line and getting service before me. The medical equipment however is of good quality, if you manage to find it in the stacks of stuff they have!

Excellente pharmacie ! Toujours un accueil souriant et bienveillant. L’équipe est à l’écoute, prend le temps de conseiller et d’expliquer clairement les traitements. On se sent en confiance et vraiment accompagné. Service rapide, efficace et humain, ce qui fait toute la différence. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Visite ce matin le 04/08/25 vers 9h30 : deux pharmaciennes occupées sur leur téléphone, aucune attention malgré la sonnette du passage . J’ai dû tapoter sur le comptoir pour être entendu, alors que j’expliquais l’urgence vitale pour ma fille diabétique tombée en panne d’insuline car sa pompe ne répondait plus et était à 400 de glycémie !!!). Prescription sur sa carte d’identité présentée, aucune pro activité ni une intention professionnelle à défaut d’être HUMAINE mais réponse froide : « Pas disponible, attendez 11h30 ». Aucune recherche de solution, aucune empathie. Inadmissible pour des professionnels de santé.

J'y vais souvent depuis ma grossesse et la naissance de mon fils. Les conseils sont de qualité. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont adorables. On s'y sent bien et en sécurité. Je recommande.

Big fan of this place! Very kind and knowledgeable people, and every customer is truly greeted as a friend and with a nice chat. On top of being a pharmacy, they are also a very well known local « bandagiste », with a lot of medical support material on offer, and they are truly knowledgeable about the needs of their customers and are always ready to help choosing the best solution
