Alexandre heeft mij in die eerste moeilijke periode na een dubbele enkelbreuk enorm geholpen en gemotiveerd om te revalideren en mijn mobiliteit terug te krijgen. Hij is zeer gedreven en volgde mij zeer intens op bij de oefeningen.

Alex helped me, an amateur ice hockey player, recover from an ankle injury linked to some chronic issues. He assisted me in regaining mobility and provided valuable tips to manage my ankle limitations, resulting in a better sports experience. Alex is highly professional and doesn’t overwhelm you with 20 new exercises for homework each time, which helped me stay motivated and consistent with my exercises. If I encounter another issue, I won’t hesitate to contact him.

Alex is more than just a great physio—he’s a true partner in recovery. He guided me through my ankle rehab with a rare mix of expertise, honesty, and genuine care. He never hesitated to raise a flag when something needed a surgeon’s opinion, and he always put my recovery first rather than pushing for another session just for the sake of it. You really feel supported, like he’s in it with you—not just treating you as another client. And bonus points for his top-tier music taste during sessions—nothing like a good tune to boost the mood while working hard to get better. Highly, highly recommend!!

Alexandre is a highly professional and talented kiné. His therapy is extremely effective! Several times I've ended up with injuries from working out and thought this is the end of my fitness journey but with Alexandre's help I've always managed to bounce back after just a few sessions with him. J’ai été suivie par Alexandre après une fracture de la tête de l’humérus et une longue période d’immobilisation. Grâce à son expertise et son accompagnement, j’ai pu retrouver toute ma mobilité et reprendre mon travail sans aucune difficulté. Alexandre a été très professionnel, attentif et toujours à l’écoute. Les séances étaient adaptées à chaque étape de ma récupération, avec un bon équilibre entre progressivité et efficacité. Il a su me redonner confiance dans mes mouvements, tout en m’apportant des explications claires et utiles. Un grand merci à lui pour la qualité de sa prise en charge — je le recommande les yeux fermés !
