Ik ben erg tevreden met de professionele behandeling die het gezondheidscentrum me aanbiedt. Ik ben ook erg tevreden met ondersteuning en behandeling die dr. Hafssa Al Hafidt me aanbod in de afgelopen maanden. Dr. Al Hafidt is zeer professioneel, opvangt haar cliënten met een warme brede glimlach, top!

J'ai appelé la clinique ce matin pour prendre rendez-vous avec le médecin. On m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de créneaux disponibles, alors j'ai expliqué que j'étais très malade et que j'avais besoin de soins médicaux. On m'a assuré que je parlerais à un médecin dans l'heure, mais à chaque heure qui passe, on me dit d'attendre encore une heure. Il est 16 h. J'attends toujours, mais personne ne répond.

I am 8 months pregnant. Today I called the medical center of Schaerbeek urgently as I had too much pain in my hand. They gave me an appointment at 12:40. I arrive at my appointment and the secretary told me that there was no appointment in my name.. after a lot of calls she confirmed that they had made a mistake and she proposed me to see another doctor. I waited 1 hour and a half , the secreataries let everyone else pass before me and they didn’t respect the fact that I am pregnant 8 months and all this situation was their mistake!!!!of course I unregistered from this center that doesn’t respect pregnant woman and they never apologised for their mistake!!I will proceed accordingly as they caused me a lot of stress during the most sensitive period of my life.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bilal Bouda est un kiné exceptionnel. Toujours très professionnel, il donne d’excellents conseils et explique chaque étape avec méthode. J’apprécie énormément le respect qu’il a pour la personne, pour mes limites et pour mon intimité. On se sent en confiance du début à la fin. Je le recommande les yeux fermés !
