I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Capelle during my visit today. He performed only a very quick and superficial check-up, gave me little to no explanation about my condition, and hastily prescribed medication as if he just wanted to be done with the appointment. I left the clinic feeling unheard and disrespected. This appointment felt like a total waste of time, and I will certainly not be returning. I hope no other patient has to go through a similar experience.

A medical centre without a disable access in the European Union capital what a joke. So if you are in a wheelchair don’t even think about booking an appointment. And you can only pay in cash.The only good thing is that you can at least get an appointment the same day.

My gynaecologist is great and he is always on time, never had to wait more than 15min. The lady who took my blood was also very skilled and relaxed. I usually almost faint but with her it was just easy. Not sure why there are so many bad comments.

I'm giving 5 stars because the gentleman that takes blood is pure artist. He does the job without a decent pain, I have visited other centers and I left almost crying from them. If you have a fear for needles visit this centre, he is the best. Edit: we visited the center again this time for our baby and the lady who was taking blood was very calm and wonderful but the day was saved from the amazing secretary who did funny faces to keep baby from freaking out. I so much thank you ladies! I will visit the place again!

Easy to get an appointment, professional and friendly staff, blood test and more on premises! My generalist is very responsive and helpful whenever I need, by email or phone or messages, even on Sundays. I definitely recommend this medical centre

Waited for more than 30 minutes with a newborn, already the second time with the same doctor, and the doctor was chatting with the people inside the cabinet. I understand an appointment may run late, 10-15 min, but whatever goes beyond 30 minutes, I would expect the doctor at least to announce me, not to completely ignore a patient. Never again here.

Desastroso... Dos veces he ido y nunca más... Un médico me receta un jarabe para la tos que no tengo... Vuelvo con otra doctora por si no nos habíamos entendido bien y además de casi preguntarme qué me recetaba (yo no soy médico), atendía a otro paciente por teléfono. A la hora de pagar tenía que ser un tipo de tarjeta o tenía que ir a sacar dinero. Mala atención y no los veo realmente capacitados. Las peores experiencias de mi vida.
