Bonsoir très très gentille infirmière, elle connaît bien son travail. Du courage surtout. Dans la vie si tu fais du bien tu fais pour toi, et si tu fais du mal tu fais pour toi aussi .

Absolutely not recommended at all. Having failed to get an appointment for a Covid Test upon our numerous calls to the given number in the web site, we ended up visiting the lab that is 15 min walk away from where we live. Very rude and impolite lady appeared after several minutes while we were queuing outside (supposed to be busy inside meanwhile). Without even listening why we came for, she pretended to read our minds in quite annoyingly hectic mood as if we steal her precious time. Once she asked and learned that we didn`t have an appointment. She stopped listening and insisted on a need for an appointment and that we can`t proceed without one. I could barely manage to say a few words as we leave the entrance that we were not able to get an appointment and that`s why we came here and that we had a prescription code for a test.. She didn`t even mind what I was telling and disappeared for the next client shouting “you should have texted me an SMS as I don`t reply phones!!”. We were literally refused. How come we could have guessed they book appointment with text message. Not to mention how unprofessional it sounds, it even didn`t write anywhere else, including their web site. The bottom line is , we are truly grateful for all the health staff that works out there in the dark against this evil virus. However, they should also do their job with respect and shall not dare to abuse our recognition by such rude treatment. Definitely this lab isn`t going to be my choice next time if I need to despite being in my neighbourhood.

Un peu débordés donc ne répondent pas immédiatement au téléphone ou via la conversation directe du site. N'impriment pas non plus les ordonnances électroniques donc vous envoient au copyshop... Par contre, on vous rappelle rapidement si vous laissez un message, rdv rapide 2h plus tard, la personne au bout du fil est très cordiale et l'infirmière très sympa. Très positif pour une première expérience.

Très bonne prise de contact et la dame qui effectue les tests covid sait mettre à l'aise et est très agréable ainsi que compétente. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires négatifs.... ps: si vous venez passer le test Covid, pendez à bien remplir le formulaire qui se trouve sur l'armoire à l'entrée!!!

Unpleasant encounter with Ms Claire Botman. She didn’t speak a word of English. Only later did we find out that only some test centers in Brussels accept the code via text message to do a covid test. She/her colleague apparently did not mention this to us when we made the appointment, though I was clear on the phone that we need to do it this way (we just came back from holiday from a red zone). My girlfriend and I therefore wasted our early morning there as obviously we did not go ahead and take the covid test with her. To top it all off, she was drawing patients’ attention that the next person could come in by stomping her fist on the wall rather than by being a normal person and just picking them up from the waiting room.

Je suis venue ce matin faire une prise de sang. Étant très phobique des aiguilles et du sang, je suis tombée sur une dame douce, calme et compréhensible ! Je recommande sans souci ce centre Globulis pour les plus craintifs comme moi. Merci madame !!!

Excellente expérience chez Globulis, tant pour des prises de sang que pour des tests covid (Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance sans crainte de perdre un bout de votre nez). Rendez-vous a l'heure malgré la grande affluence pour les tests "vacances", la procédure compliquée est bien expliqué sur leur site et par email. A conseiller! Merci
