Veel flexibiliteit ook qua afspraken, ik heb ooit een afspraak moeten afzeggen.
Ik heb gewoon gebeld en de persoon die ik aan de telefoon heb gehad was charmant en zonder geen enkel probleem een nieuwe sessie werd gepland!
Ongelooflijk resultaat! Na slechts één sessie is de huid steviger en cellulitis wordt verminderd.
Na slechts een paar sessies is mijn cellulitis volledig verdwenen, mijn huid is steviger, pijnloze behandeling, je voelt de warmte die aangenaam is, we wennen er snel aan.
Ik raad dit centrum ten zeerste aan!

Het is belangrijk om huidbehandelingen regelmatig te doen voor het beste resultaat. Bedankt voor jullie professionalisme en gedetailleerde uitleg over de procedures. Fijne feestdagen!
My experience with Espace Braffort was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend them.
The issue concerned a full-face pico laser procedure with the founder of the dermatology center, which was advertised on their website at a price “from €250.” However, when I tried to book, the price suddenly became €350. Then it turned out that the actual price was €350 plus 20% VAT, bringing it to over €420, and on top of that they wanted to charge an additional €60 consultation fee. That makes one pico laser procedure cost over €500 in total (the average market price is €250).
What was even worse than the pricing was the way the whole appointment was handled. First, they changed it only two days before the scheduled date. Then the price and conditions kept shifting. I repeated several times that I did not want to book a separate consultation, because I know my skin well and I knew which procedures I wanted. I was assured that the consultation was mandatory in order to perform the procedure, but that I would not be charged for it because it would take place on the same day as the treatment.
In the end, the skin procedure was postponed, and the consultation became a separate appointment after all. The most frustrating part is that this so-called consultation simply confirmed the exact face and body procedures I had originally booked myself. In other words, the time I had reserved for treatment was wasted on a conversation full of generic remarks rather than anything medically useful or personalized.
One more important point: the center is not accessible with a stroller or a baby, which makes the experience even more inconvenient for postpartum women or mothers.
Considering the level of service and the final pricing, I cannot recommend Espace Braffort.
Je suis vraiment très satisfait de mon expérience avec le traitement laser contre l’acné. Dès les premières séances, j’ai remarqué une nette amélioration, et aujourd’hui ma peau est réduite à environ 90% de mon acné. Le résultat est impressionnant et m’a vraiment redonné confiance en moi. L’équipe a été professionnelle, à l’écoute et rassurante tout au long du processus. Je recommande vivement ce traitement à toute personne qui souffre d’acné et cherche une solution efficace !
Un salon au top la gérante est gentille Merci beaucoup ZINEB, Très professionnelle et prend vraiment le temps de bien faire les choses. Le résultat des ongles est parfait, exactement ce que je voulais Merci Nora, Hygiène irréprochable et ambiance agréable. Je suis déjà cliente et je reviendrai toujours sans hésiter.
