JUST DON'T GO
I received an invoice for a laboratory analysis that I never explicitly requested. At no point during the process with Marisa Mathieu was I clearly informed that this service would incur a charge, nor was I provided with a quotation or asked for approval before the invoice was issued.
When I challenged the charge and explained that I had neither requested nor received the service in question, I was still asked to pay the invoice in full, with little willingness to address the issue fairly.
The overall experience left me with the impression of poor transparency regarding both communication and billing practices. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company.
I went upon recommendation of a friend for the consultation on acne for my daughter. Very warm welcome and top consultation with docter Pastushenko who really took a lot of time to explain possible treatments. I was surprised to see the top notch equipement and even the Vectra 3D imaging (for Melanoma search) I immediately took an appointment for myself (very reasonable waiting time). Happy I discovered this high quality place.
Un cabinet de dermatologie d’une grande qualité. L’accueil est professionnel, ponctuel et bienveillant. Le dermatologue prend vraiment le temps d’écouter, d’expliquer chaque étape et de répondre aux questions avec précision. Les examens sont réalisés avec douceur et sérieux, ce qui met immédiatement en confiance. Le suivi est rigoureux et les conseils donnés sont utiles, réalistes et adaptés à la situation.
Un endroit où l’on se sent pris en charge avec respect et compétence. Je recommande sans hésiter.
J'avais rendez-vous aujourd'hui avec la docteure Samira AHBIB. J'étais un peu inquiet avant de me rendre chez elle, car les deux médecins généralistes consultés auparavant pour mon problème n'avaient pas été en mesure de m'aider. La spontanéité, la gentillesse et l'expertise manifeste du Dr Ahbib m'ont cependant tout de suite rassuré, et elle m'a immédiatement proposé un diagnostic très clair, qu'elle a argumenté et expliqué. En outre, l'Institut lui-même est tout à fait professionnel et on peut même (depuis peu) payer par carte (bancontact). Je ne peux que recommander ce centre !
This was unfortunately not a nice, easy or pleasant experience for me. A few months ago, I had an appointment with dr. Mathieu and was prescribed medication for hair loss. From the start, I was not content with how things started, but wanted to give it a go. The appointment was 45 minutes beyond arranged schedule and dr. Mathieu devoted perhaps 5-7 minutes of her time to my case. After giving me a diagnosis and medication, I was not given the space or time to ask questions. I managed to ask if the medication is safe during pregnancy during my appointment, to which dr. Mathieu told me it is not, and I should stop taking it before trying to conceive. Again, this information was not provided, but I had to ask for it. Beyond that, dr. Mathieu failed to mention many of the aspects of the medication (spironolactone) that I had to inform myself afterwards, eg. that it is not recommended to take ibuprofen in parallel with the medication. Finally, I had a bad mental reaction to the medication, which was not mentioned as a potential side effect. After stopping medication and contacting dr. Mathieu via the service desk for further instructions what to do before I can meet her again, dr. Mathieu asked me to come for another appointment. I explained I cannot meet her at the moment in person because I am abroad and that I would like to receive instructions what to do before meeting her again, I did not get a response back. Sadly, dr. Mathieu has presented to me as a doctor inattentive to her patients. In parallel, the lack of possibility for direct communication with the doctor has been challenging and the centralisation of the communication with the service desk was somewhat inefficient.
Après des années d’expériences très très mauvaises avec des dermatologues au point d’arrêter totalement de consulter, j’ai repris espoir dans ce cabinet avec Dr Alves qui a été d’une grande compréhension, vraiment à l’écoute de mon problème et mes appréhensions
Elle a pu répondre à toutes mes questions et consulter une collègue spécialisée quand cela a été nécessaire
Enfin un rdv pas expéditif, le prix est élevé mais vaut le coût et le suivi proposé est très accommodant
Ce lieu est géniale ! L'équipe est top ! Je vais souvent chez Marisa Mathieu elle est vraiment incroyable !! N'hésitez pas à y aller son travail est parfait
Ct mal passé 100€ c très cher pr moi et la dermatologue n’a pas bien examiné ma situation c très vite elle a vu que mes mains et elle m’a donné un papier pr la suivre . J’avais la gale sur mon visage et ma chevelure . Juste une crème pr le corps. Et rien pr la chevelure et le visage .
