Great experience from start to finish.
I had a dental cleaning with Carolina (about 45 minutes): she was extremely kind, meticulous, and professional at every step, and took the time to explain the most suitable cleaning approach for my specific case. It was the first time I genuinely noticed a difference after a professional cleaning.
Carolina also carefully noted all issues that needed attention and made sure I was referred to the appropriate specialists within the clinic.
Highly recommended.
I had a great experience with Sara. It truly makes a difference to be treated by someone who is both passionate about their work and genuinely kind. The dental cleaning was impeccable, and I will definitely take the tips and pieces of advice she gave into account.
This clinic is great. The prices are adequate, the environment is clean. I got my very infected wisdom tooth extracted here, the doctors were very careful, they did the procedure very fast and I experienced minimal to no pain. The recovery is also very painless, with minimal swelling. I recommend this clinic to everyone, thank you Dr. Antonio Mendozza and Mrs. Christine Marie
They are always professional and kind. You cannot ask more from a dental clinic. Ranking the doctors is easy, as they are all good. But one special mention to Valerie, who helps each client in any possible way!
I can't really recommend this clinic. I saw Dr. Mendozza about a tooth implant that I've needed for some time. He sent me to another clinic for x-rays and 3D scans and then yet another dentist to have an assessment for an extraction of another dead tooth with a view of potentially getting a second implant. Both of these referrals of course cost money, a couple of jobs for other colleagues you know how it is. The second doctor, the assessment, left me with an assessment to discuss with Dr. Mendozza. On my way to my appointment for such I received a call from the receptionist telling me the doctor would be late, no problem. Went for a walk and came back at the later time. I sat there for 2 more hours and he took another patient who arrived after me first. I immediately left telling the receptionist that it's a work day and I can't sit around forever. I received another email with an appointment for the next week, despite me not requesting one. I attended this appointment, he did not mention or apologise for making me wait for hours just to take another patient before me. Anyway, we discussed the scans I received and the consultation regarding the extraction, when I told the doctor what the specialist had said (the assessment concluded that I should have two implants rather than one) the doctor said no we should just do one implant. So, pointless to have this assessment done by the other doctor. He gave me a quote for the cost of the implant, I asked for this in writing with a breakdown of the costs and he seemed annoyed by this request, he told me go ask the receptionist. That was enough for me to decide that I wouldn't go any further with this doctor. 4 consultations with 3 dentists and no work done in 2 months. To be fair, Dr. Mendozza didn't charge me a penny but of course his two other colleagues got paid. I will say the ladies at reception were both lovely as were the nurses/assistants that I met. Maybe for a less invasive procedure this clinic would be ok, but I wouldn't feel comfortable going here for anything too complicated/invasive just due to a lack of care and compassion.
They are really kind and helpful people. I have seen two dentists there and they have both been really professional and understanding, taking the time to understand your needs and explain any problems. Also, the receptionist is very helpful and takes the time to make sure you have all the papers correct for the insurance. I recommend this centre.
I have been looking for a good dental clinic in Brussels for some time already and I am very happy to have found the Dental Treatment Center. My doctor Brice Redor did a perfect job with my teeth and in particular cured the tooth which had already been done at some other place two times with no satisfying outcome. He was always very patient with me and did everything till it was really perfect. Thank you so much!
I am also thankful to doctor Carolina Santos for a very good cleaning as well as thorough explanation about the right oral care for me.
I would also like to thank the dental assistants and secretaries of the dental center for the careful treatment and friendly approach!
The staff is very competent and very friendly. They explain to you everything they do and therefore, make you part of the treatment - and not just the receiving end. Last but not the least: In all these years of treatments of various kinds and intensiveness, there was never any pain involved!
