J'ai fait une infiltration sous échographie avec le dr Marian Theodorescu le 23 avril. Celui ci m'a prévenue que seule l'échographie aurait une intervention de la mutuelle. J'ai payé le montant de 150 euros par appli bancaire. J'ai reçu une feuille A4 style " facture" .( avec d'autres montants inférieurs).J'ai demandé une souche pour ma mutuelle et il m'a répondu que ce papier convenait. Ma mutuelle ( Helan) refuse de me rembourser car ce papier n'est pas légal. Ils confirment que je dois recevoir une souche papier ou qu'ils doivent recevoir celui-ci par Internet ( comme envoyé par le dr Dunca). La secrétaire m'a promis de faire le nécessaire. Mais rien n'a été fait. Malgré deux rappels.
C'est la première fois de ma vie que cela m'arrive. 150 euros pour une infiltration sous échographie. Statut Bim. 0 remboursement. Je vois dans les commentaires qu'une autre personne est dans le même cas .
J'espère que c'est une erreur. L'inami jugera. J'ai annulé tous mes autres rendez-vous dans ce centre.
Impossible to join by phone. Does not react to admin correction requests by insurance. Then you don't get refunded. Disrecommended. It is strange they have the time to reply to this comment but not to the two emails sent...

I couldn’t be more pleased with my consultation with Dr. Ioan Dunca. This was already my fourth consultation with knee specialists, but I specifically wanted to see him because of his great reputation and because I still had some unanswered questions. My earlier consultations at other clinics had felt rushed, with doctors eager to move on before I even had the chance to explain myself. That left me with lingering doubts, adding anxiety and stress on top of my own. With Dr. Dunca, for the first time I felt my situation was truly heard, taken seriously, and given real consideration.
I had sent him my medical documents in advance, and even though he was on vacation, he still took the time to review them. That immediately showed me how dedicated he is and how much he genuinely cares about giving his patients the best possible treatment.
Walking into his office, you can tell he loves his work — diplomas, certificates, career photos, and even a glass case full of prosthetic parts and surgical tools on display. It feels like the office of someone who takes real pride in what he does.
I came in with a long list of questions, feeling nervous and unsure. He answered every single one of them, and more. He elaborated on things that had only been mentioned briefly before without much explanation. His detailed explanations gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I left Dr Dunca feeling relieved, reassured, and confident about the way forward.
Dr. Dunca has a relaxed, pleasant manner and communicates in a straightforward, professional way. He might come across a little absent-minded and aloof at times, but it is obvious that he’s a brilliant genius-type and true expert-nerd in his field of expertise.
I fully recommend Dr. Dunca to anyone with orthopedic concerns. The clinic’s location is a bit inconvenient for me living in the city center, otherwise I’d also do my physiotherapy there. In any case, I’m very grateful to have my follow-up with Dr. Dunca.
I am very satisfied with the services offered by Mr. Dr. Dunca Ioan, I continue to go to his consultations and I recommend with great confidence clinic 53.

J’ai consulté pour une protrusion discale, et le kinésithérapeute Alexandru Munteanu a été exceptionnel. Il m’a tout expliqué avec clarté, et ses exercices ont vraiment soulagé mes douleurs. Très professionnel, à l’écoute, et bienveillant. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour votre aide précieuse !
