Unfortunately, I agree with all the negative reviews about this clinic. I did not receive my results for three months. I sent several polite emails and received no reply. When I finally received a response, I was told that my request would be forwarded to the doctor, but I still heard nothing back. I then called several times and was told that the doctor would be informed, but again I received no follow-up. When I called once more, I was told that the results could only be collected in person, despite the clinic having my ID, email address, and all the required details. This information had not been provided before, is not standard practice in other clinics, and was communicated in an incredibly rude manner. I also had a poor experience with the doctor in terms of waiting time, as he made me wait more than two hours. However, he was kind, so I initially decided not to write a review. What is really striking, as others have also commented, is the rudeness of the receptionists. There is another clinic just next door, which I strongly recommend instead.

Je recommande vivement le City Clinic Louise .. le personnel y est très agréable, très à l’écoute , ils ont toujours le sourire. Les dames de l’accueil sont très serviables et très attentionnées de plus elles vous rendent votre visite des plus agréable qu’il leurs soit possible. Rdv facile à prendre .. large choix de présence médicale. En bref petite clinique à l’ambiance familiale c’est top !!!

Cette bande d'incapables "n'envoient pas les résultats au médecin si on ne le demande pas explicitement". Vous pensez bande que je fais une prise de sang pour le plaisir. J'ai fait des prises de sang dans 4 pays incluant des pays d'Afrique et je n'ai jamais eu a demander que on envoie les résultats. De plus, impossible de vous joindre, un ton condescendant de la part de votre staff. Bref un endroit à éviter comme la peste..

J’arrive à l’heure, le médecin a du retard, les patients qui devaient consulter 30 min avant moi arrivent après moi avec plus de 30 min de retard et ils passent avant moi, normal? Je ne trouve pas! Du coup je consulte 1h20 après l’heure prévue, particulièrement pénible. Organisation et ordre de priorité à prévoir !

Like many other reviews my complaint is not with the doctors but with the receptionists. Rude, condescending, not willing to help or listen. I had called the clinic to book an appointment but my appointment was booked for Edith Cavell. I didn't realise this. The rude, condecending btunette with a high ponytail receptionist said things like " You should've read the message you were sent" " You don't know where Edith Cavell is...look up the address" " It's yoyr responsibility to read your messages not mine." Needless to say , I'm not going back there again.

L accueil laisse à désirer les remarques déplaçantes des dames de l’accueil sont faites à voix haute quand le patient est parti cependant on entend tout dans le couloir merci de respecter les patients et ce même lorsqu’ils sont partis et ce pour n’importe quel remarque

12/02/2026 – 12h20. Assistante odieuse, méprisante et hautaine. Accueil pathétique. Jamais chez vous. À éviter absolument. Une clinique privée se doit d’avoir un personnel au petit soins . Franchement pitoyable
