Ik ben over het algemeen tevreden met mijn bezoek aan deze tandarts. De praktijk is netjes en modern, en de tandarts nam de tijd om alles rustig uit te leggen. De behandeling zelf verliep vlot en zonder veel pijn, wat ik erg waardeer. Het personeel is vriendelijk en professioneel. Eén klein minpuntje: de wachttijd was iets langer dan verwacht, daarom geef ik 4 sterren in plaats van 5. Toch zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een betrouwbare tandarts.
Je me suis rendue dans ce cabinet pour un détartrage annuel, faute de place chez mon dentiste habituel.
Lors de l’examen, la dentiste m’a affirmé que j’avais trois caries. Sans me demander mon consentement, elle a enchaîné avec une radiographie pour confirmer ce diagnostic.
Après le détartrage, elle a insisté pour réaliser une autre radio (dent de sagesse), que j’ai refusée. Elle m’a alors indiqué qu’il faudrait reprendre rendez-vous avec elle pour soigner ces caries.
Aujourd’hui, j’ai consulté mon praticien habituel : aucune carie, aucun soin à prévoir. Lui-même était scandalisé par ce diagnostic mensonger.
Expérience honteuse. Diagnostic erroné, actes sans consentement clair, insistance pour des examens supplémentaires, facture salée. Une grosse arnaque. Je recommande la plus grande méfiance.

J’ai pris rendez-vous au cabinet dentaire Peris sur les conseils de mon entourage, qui n’en disait que du bien. Je suis venue pour une extraction de dent de sagesse sous anesthésie locale.
Étant assez anxieuse, j’ai tout de suite été mise à l’aise par le Dr Cerdan Peris : très sympathique, très professionnel, il explique chaque étape de l’intervention pour rassurer le patient et vérifie constamment que tout se passe bien et qu’il n’y a aucune douleur. L’intervention s’est déroulée parfaitement, je n’ai absolument rien senti.
Le cabinet est très propre, moderne, et toute l’équipe est professionnelle et accueillante. On se sent vraiment en confiance en entrant dans cette clinique.
Je recommande sans hésiter cette clinique !
I made an appointment with Dr. Mariana Gonçalves through Doctoranytime. It was scheduled for December 30th. I get at the clinic and the receptionist informs me I would have to wait a little bit and I did, thinking that the doctor I scheduled the appointment with was there! After 20 minutes I asked how long more it would take, she replied she didn’t know since it was scheduled through Doctoranytime (so the time you scheduled doesn’t matter) After a total of 45 minutes waiting and noticing there was only one doctor there I asked where Dr. Mariana was and to my shock she sheepishly said she was on holidays and the available doctor would take me in! I was revolted at how sketchy and unprofessional they operate! All doctors in the clinic keep their agenda open on Doctoranytime even when they are not at work, so you think you’re scheduling a consultation with an specific person only to be seen by whoever is available - when they have the time! I over stretched myself going to a clinic in a far place to see a doctor that spoke an specific language only to be treated like a walk in! Absolutely ridiculous and dodgy. Feels like a scam! I will also be denouncing this practice to the app!
I visited this dental office yesterday for an emergency visit because part of my tooth fractured off the day before. The office was quick to respond to communications via WhatsApp and got me in within 24 hours. I saw Daniel and he was friendly, professional, and managed to fix my tooth without causing me any pain. The treatment was affordable as a foreigner paying upfront without local insurance. The staff there speaks many languages which was so helpful as I don’t speak French or Dutch. If I need more dental work in Brussels I would absolutely go back to this clinic.
Pas un mauvais cabinet, j'y suis allé 2 fois, l'équipement est bon et le personnel plutôt sympathique, mais je considère néanmoins avoir était victime d'une escoquerie, qui est probablement monnaie courante. En effet, une fois, après le détartage, le dentiste m'a montré un objet en me demandant si je le connaissais...réponse: non...le dentiste me dit alors que ça sert à nettoyer/blanchir les dents, puis il commence à l'utiliser sur mes dents, SANS pour autant me dire que ce sera facturé en extra et sans remboursement, en l'occurence 60 euros de plus sur ma facture pour 2 ou max 3 minutes d'utilisation...c'est clairement de l'abus de confiance et de l'escroquerie. J'ai payé, mais non sans une ceretaine rancune.
En outre une fois ,on m'a fait une radio sans raison valable, outre le prétexte que c'était gratuit car remboursé (enfin c'est le contribuable qui paye, l'argent ne tombe pas du ciel, sauf pour les banques). Je ne déconseille pas pour autant ce cabinet, mais attention aux services fourrnis et à votre facture,. J'aurais voulu mettre 2 étoiles et demi, plutôt que 2 ou 3, mais on ne peut pas...
