Dokters mogen altijd te laat zijn, wij als patienten MOETEN maar wachten maar als wij als patient te laat zijn mogen we leuk een nieuwe afspraak maken. Zeggen ze dan dat de schema niet op tijd is, alsof het hun scheelt.. Heel tof, Dankjewel voor de moeite !!

De beste dermatologiekliniek. Ik maak al maanden gebruik van hun diensten en heb nooit problemen gehad. De dokter is geweldig en het personeel is erg behulpzaam. De prijzen die ze rekenen zijn ook redelijk.

Only go to this clinic if you have a lot of patience. I had an appointment with Dr. Camilla De Ravet on 08/04/2026. The consultation was very quick, and she concluded that I needed to start taking Roaccutane. After the consultation, I got an IUD as a contraceptive method, waited the amount of time recommended by the doctor, and completed the requested blood tests on 11/05/2026. The laboratory informed me that the results would be sent directly to her, so I waited to be contacted regarding my prescription like she told me she would have done. Since nobody contacted me, on 19/05/26 I started trying to reach the clinic myself — and that’s when the problems began. I called several times, spent a long time on hold, and was never able to be transferred to the doctor. At some moments she tried to call me, but for some reason the calls never came through on my phone and I would only see missed call notifications afterwards. I have exactly 6 missed calls from her. However, the number of times I tried to contact the clinic was far greater. Yesterday, 27/05/2026, after also trying to contact them by email and receiving no response, I spent almost 40 minutes in total on hold before anyone answered the phone. Honestly, it almost felt intentional that nobody was answering, because I find it very hard to believe that a reception desk during working hours simply cannot answer the phone for that long. This morning I finally received the prescription. I went to the pharmacy and found out that the prescription was WRONG. Instead of 20mg, she prescribed 10mg. The pharmacist tried calling the clinic and, unsurprisingly, nobody answered. So unfortunately I had to call them yet again. So today, 28/05/2026, I called once more. The receptionist answered after a few minutes and, without explaining anything, left me waiting on the phone for more than 10 minutes while assisting other people — and I could hear all of those conversations while waiting. I explained the issue, obviously already frustrated with the entire situation. They simply said they would inform the doctor, said bye and then hung up on me. At this point I am only waiting for the corrected prescription and I certainly will not continue my treatment at this clinic. Extremely disappointing experience. PS: Initially I was not planning to write this review, but I noticed that the issue of nobody answering the phone is clearly not an isolated case, since there are more similar reviews here. This really needs to improve, because not everyone has time to waste waiting 10, 20, or even 40 minutes on the phone just to get assistance.

J'y suis allé deux fois. J'ai eu 2 secrétaires hyper sympa et le Dr Jazaeri qui est très gentille et compétente. J'ai aussi eu les rdv assez rapidement (2 mois environ). Rien à dire je suis très satisfait.

La prise de rendez-vous en ligne a été rapide. Un message et un courriel de confirmation me sont directement parvenus. J'ai été pris en charge par Dr. Céline Gilmant, dermatologue. Très professionnelle, et surtout humaine, j'ai aimé son approche et ses explications étaient claires. Le personnel de l'accueil a tout autant été professionnel et serviable.
