I would like to share my experience with the echocardiography courses offered by 123sonography. First of all, I would like to thank the entire team, and especially Thomas Binder, for creating such an outstanding educational platform. It provides physicians from all over the world with access to high-quality, practical, and up-to-date training in echocardiography. I completed several echocardiography courses during 2025–2026, and what impressed me most was the strong focus on real clinical cases. The combination of expert explanations and high-quality imaging makes complex concepts easier to understand and remember, while also helping to translate knowledge directly into daily clinical practice. The faculty members are exceptional educators and recognized experts in their professions . Their lectures are clear, well-structured, and based on current international guidelines and evidence-based recommendations. The courses not only provide theoretical knowledge but also offer practical approaches that can be immediately applied in patient care. The Adult Congenital Heart Disease course was particularly valuable for me. It provided a systematic approach to the assessment of congenital heart defects in adults and gave me greater confidence in performing and reporting these examinations. I also found the Infective Endocarditis course extremely informative. It presents the full spectrum of the disease in a comprehensive yet easy-to-follow manner, helping clinicians recognize echocardiographic findings and understand the diagnostic challenges associated with this serious condition. Another major strength of the platform is its excellent organization. Each course is thoughtfully structured, making it easy to navigate, review specific topics, and reinforce learning whenever needed. I highly recommend 123sonography to colleagues who wish to advance their echocardiography skills. It is an invaluable resource for professional development and, most importantly, helps us deliver better care to our patients.

This is Dr Monira Sarmin from icddr,b Dhaka Hospital, Bangladesh.I am currently learning ultrasound through 123sonography, and it has been an excellent educational experience. Nothing has helped me in my career as much as professor Binder's courses. The enthusiasm and happiness he radiates while imparting knowledge to students and doctors around the world is so contagious and so inspiring, that you have no choice but to follow the professor's example and continue to pass on the acquired knowledge, 123sonography is simply the best.
