Everyone here is wonderful! The clinic accepts walk-ins, which makes getting care really convenient. From the front desk staff to the nurses and practitioners, everyone was kind, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. Nessa was especially great! She helped me through my fear of having blood drawn with so much patience and compassion. She listened, validated my concerns, and made the process quick and comfortable. I’m very grateful for her support.

My provider for the last 7 years stopped taking my insurance. I was able to get a quick appointment and was Very happy with excellent care. The staff was friendly and the office was clean. Dr. Elizabeth Cope was wonderful. I highly recommend this office.

My provider never called to explain results that absolutely required notice. I've worked in healthcare for ten years and I have a high tolerance for mistakes but this was pretty devastating. My friend also had a poor experience here as well. I understand providers are stretched thin but I hope in the future those here do their due diligence of thoroughly reviewing lab results and providing notice and education when required.

Nessa did a great job drawing my blood. I have veins that hide and unfortunately move. She did such a great job I didn’t feel any pain. Amazing customer service on such a busy day. Much appreciated.

About 2 weeks ago I came for an appointment and had Nessa draw my blood. She was amazing. So sweet and accommodating. All of the staff there is amazing and warm. For this to be a walk on gyn, the vibe is calming and I never feel rushed.

I always come to the Walk In GYN Care on Astoria Blvd in Queens because the staff is consistently polite and welcoming. They really do their best to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The providers are very understanding, professional, and patient. They take the time to listen and show genuine compassion, which I really appreciate. The facility is always clean and has a calm atmosphere, which makes visits feel much more comfortable. Overall, I’ve had great experiences here and would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality women’s healthcare.
