The office itself is clean, efficient and the doctors are competent, which is why I’m giving 4 stars.
That said, both times I came (a year apart) the wait was really long and the waiting room was packed. It seems like they schedule appointments but also take walk-ins, so be prepared that you may end up waiting quite a while, like an hour.
Also, since every patient has to use the bathroom to give a urine sample, the bathroom should really be better stocked and consistently clean. Seat covers and hand towels, and having it freshened up regularly, would make a big difference especially in an office of this nature. Patients shouldn’t have to sanitize and wipe everything down before giving a sample.
It’s also a bit awkward having to carry the sample through the waiting room to the hallway cabinet. A small drop window from the bathroom would make the process much more discreet.
Overall a decent office, but a little more friendliness from the reception staff, more transparency about the wait when you check in, more warmth from some of the doctors, and a more welcoming bathroom would make the experience much better.
Edit: I updated my review from 4 stars to 3 because when I arrived at the next office this practice referred me to, I realized the referral had the wrong doctor’s name on it, meaning my results would have gone to a different doctor. It looked like a generic referral and didn’t seem to have been double-checked. Luckily I caught it and after calling several times someone sent a corrected referral right away, but this kind of oversight should not happen.
Run, do not walk, away from this place. MAKE SURE TO READ THE LOW REVIEWS.
The medical staff here are inconsistent, incompetent, condescending….and liars!
Lie: with an appointment the wait time is 15-20min max.
Lie: they properly check your insurance before hand, and know what tests to run that will be covered, so you’re not overcharged.
Lie: someone will call you, or you can call in to receive your test results.
Lie: their diagnosis’ and prescriptions are accurate, and involve comprehensive, covered follow up witj you to insure your health issues are resolved.
Lie: the ‘trauma informed’ Doctors are *actually* trained in trauma care: bedside manner was horrendous, and Dr Chia did not answer ANY of my questions, and instead just stared at me.
Lie: they actually care about women and our wellbeing. Nope. Read the low reviews and you will see the truth.
Lie: that because the owner is Southeast Asian, and the business is “minority owned”(as she states in a one star review where she gaslights a Black patient) this means the clinic is a safe place for Black women to get equal healthcare.
Lie: the 5 star reviews! There are posters and material plastered all over the place to sell you ‘alternative treatments’ next door, and I and my 2 friends who all visited there within a span of the same few weeks, were all told that you will receive 20% off the first visit next door(and 25% off any of the package deals) if you give the GYN clinic a 5 star review. RUN, DON’T WALK.
This place is AMAZING - A God send. I would recommend everyone come here. I wish I had the names of the ladies who helped me but all I can say is the receptionist at the front was very nice, the woman who performed my sonogram and the PA who read my results were all amazing. I went on April 10th - again, I recommend that everyone come here.
My experience was great but of a wait but worth it! The PA in office was very kind and thorough with all the instructions. I enjoyed my experience and would recommend. It us important to be there before your appointment as it is also walk in without appointments. I was there about 45 mins before my appointment and was seen 4 mins before appointment. The clinic was very clean and the staff kind and efficient.
My visit was very pleasant. The staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. I noticed at other facilities they have refreshments and vendor machines available for the patients and staff. It would be nice to have that here at Walk-In GYN. That would be a major boost for the staff and patients.

The entire team is all women, and the energy is so warm, respectful, and genuinely comforting.
Every visit has been positive, and I always leave feeling taken care of. Truly such a supportive and peaceful environment.
they are always prompt with scheduling and the bed side manner of each team member I’ve interacted with is excellent. the providers are comprehensive in their care and recommendations and spend quality time necessary with you.
some feedback: it is difficult to change existing appointments on the online portal and much easier to just create a new appointment, which may mess with internal scheduling.
I have come to this clinic for the past 5 years for my Pap smears, one miscarriage and 3 early pregnancy scans and I always feel well taken care of. The staff — reception, nurses, RNs and MDs are all so wonderful. I’d say 8/10 of my past visits were walk-ins and average wait time is 15 min. All women on staff (from what I’ve seen). Feel so lucky this is in my neighborhood. Go here!!
