Did not have to wait much. Everyone was kind, humorous & the doctor was professional, a great listener to what I expressed to him about my eyes. Clarity was on point with him. Thank you for your service IGW I will see you next year.

Dr. Browdowski is an excellent eye doctor. He totally changed my life with my cataract surgery. He is professional, allows for questions and couldn't be happier with him. I'd also like to give a shout out to the fabulous nurses Bridget and Danielle. Both were very caring and guided me every step of the way. Thank you for changing my life for the better. Front desk also have always been pleasant.

Nurses are the best!! Monica,operating room nurse was there to hold my hand, Jen was first to understand my Myathsia Gravis situation, Danielle was with me today for all the pre Op and after surgery care today. Anesthesia doctor is terrific. And of course, the best doctor for eyes, Dr Jessica Prince Wolfish who is understanding and assisted in helping me thru the surgery when I was having a wee bit of Myathestia Gravis episode during surgery. I had and continue to have full trust for the care of my eyes with Tri County Surgical Center and TriCentury Eye Care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Wolfish. She was incredibly efficient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire office staff was also excellent and very knowledgeable. I feel completely confident that I’m receiving a top level of care here.

Kudos and a huge shout out to Dr. Charles Brodowsk and his surgical team! My mother had a procedure recently and the team delivered an amazing level of care and professionalism that was amazing to witness. Thank you again for your expertise and upmost care for her needs. We highly recommend Dr. Brodowski and his team to anyone seeking phenomenal vision care!

We'll let me tell you about the horrible staff that does not get back to you. The doctors are good, but the staff cannot handle a simple pre-authorization required by your insurance company for eye drops recommended by the doctor and then they don't call you back and you can't speak to somebody. it's a shame the staff ruined it for the fine doctors here. Stay away if you want good customer service and the ability for them to handle a preauthorization for Aetna. There are other choices out where you can actually talk to someone on the phone.

I recently had an appointment March 2026. The wait time to see a doctor at this facility is excessively long. I am seriously considering going somewhere else in the future. I have seen 2 different doctors at this facility over the past couple of years and I have no complaints about the doctors. The doctors are excellent, but the wait time is unacceptable.

Saw Dr Brodowski @ Southampton office after a stroke with visual disturbances. Previously seen by another doctor in that group but was unavailable. Dr Brodowski was terrific! Very knowledgeable and professional. The office went out of their way to have me seen quickly. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Wish he practiced at the New Britain office as I live quite a distance away. Best ophthalmic visit that I’ve had.
