A very well-run practice in the Financial District. The Exchange Dental Group provides excellent service. Dr. Song is professional, and detail-oriented in his approach. Raquel, was my hygienist, who is thorough, calm, and takes the time to explain what she is doing. The front desk greets you with a smile and gets you checked in fast. Last but not least, Liza, the office coordinator is absolutely wonderful, responsive, organized, knowledgeable, just a joy.
A+ office, efficient, professional, current technology, easy to find at 39 Broadway. Totally recommended.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Judita Zibuts at The Exchange Dental Group. I have been a patient of Dr. Zibuts for many years because she is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. Her bedside manner immediately puts you at ease, and she takes the time to explain everything with patience and kindness. The dental care I received was outstanding — gentle, thorough, and detail-oriented. The entire visit was smooth and comfortable thanks to her expertise and compassionate approach. Keith Greeted us with care, kindness and professionalism. I was two hours early due to me accompanying my partner and attending his appointment. Keith was able to get me in earlier which I was grateful.
Everyone was amazing! The woman who performed the x-ray on my teeth had me laughing the entire time. She was very small and tiny, Compared to me being very tall.
My hygienist Raquel showed me a few tricks for flossing and brushing those molars which are harder.
The dentist was very professional. Gave me a better understanding about teeth.
I went in for a routine cleaning and came out with a huge smile. This place is family friendly with an amazing staff.
My gums and teeth are healthy. It can be overwhelming visiting the dentist, but everyone made it very relaxing.

So today was my first ever appointment at the Exchange Dental Group and it was such a positive experience. I haven't been to the dentist in a long time and needed a cleaning, exam and xrays. Raquel did my cleaning and she is the absolute sweetest and best. She was so kind and gentle and enormously helpful and supportive. Diana did my xrays and she was also extremely kind and patient with me even though it took multiple attempts. Dr. Smith reviewed everything with me and explained all of my options. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and was very thorough and caring. Overall, everyone including Keith at reception and the exceptionally kind woman who scheduled my follow-up were so, so nice and helpful. Jennifer also called me before my appointment to discuss my insurance and she was very helpful and informative as well. If you need a cleaning or some dental work, I highly recommend the practice and I am so glad that I found them.
Best dentist office in NYC. The hygienists are especially wonderful, but everyone has been great from the doctors to the billing specialists. Highly recommend. I’ve seen 3 dentists there since 2008 and each of them has been phenomenal. They emphasize mouth health and not doing unnecessary procedures. But every procedure I’ve gotten has gone well, has been scheduled swiftly and if anything is uncomfortable after a few days, they’ve always addressed it promptly and without added fees. Cleanings and exams are very thorough. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this office is.

I don’t write reviews lightly, especially when it comes to healthcare and I’m extremely picky. I’m also someone who’s prone to dental issues, so I’ve spent more time in dental chairs than I’d like to admit. That’s exactly why I can confidently say Dr. Smith is exceptional.
She is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and meticulous. I never feel rushed, and I always feel fully informed and cared for. She catches things early, explains everything clearly, and genuinely prioritizes long-term dental health.
The office itself is just as impressive. Exchange runs a seamless, highly professional practice. Every interaction from scheduling to check-out is smooth and efficient. I have never once had to worry about insurance, billing surprises, or administrative headaches. They handle everything flawlessly, which is such a gift.
I recommend Dr. Smith and Exchange to literally everyone in my life. There is something so reassuring about knowing you’re in capable, organized, professional hands. I feel completely at ease knowing Dr. Smith is my dentist and that Exchange is the team supporting her.

We can’t say enough great things about this place. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Berkower does an incredible job making our toddler feel comfortable and supported throughout each visit. He is always excited to go to the dentist!
