I’m really disappointed to say that this dental studio has gone downhill since Dental Brothers sold. I have been a patient since the Dr. Holyoak days and continued on when the practice transitioned, always trusting the level of care here. I have had great experiences in the past, which makes this even more frustrating.
My appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM and I was not taken back until 8:30. I let the front desk know that I needed to leave by 9:00 AM to make it home for a meeting, yet the delay was not handled with any urgency. Starting an appointment that late, especially for an early morning time slot, feels unacceptable.
The cleaning itself was extremely uncomfortable. The hygienist began using an electric pick and water was spraying everywhere. It was messy and unpleasant, so I asked him to stop. When he switched to manual tools, he claimed that Lisa used to do the electric cleaning as well, which simply is not true. Lisa was thorough, gentle, and professional, and my teeth always felt genuinely clean after her appointments. This time, my teeth do not even feel fully cleaned.
The hygienist appeared very young and inexperienced and unfortunately came across as unprofessional and lacking basic knowledge and confidence. It was one of the most uncomfortable dental experiences I have had.
I truly love Dr. Tol, which makes this decision difficult, but based on this experience, I will be finding a new dentist. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously because it is clear that the level of care and professionalism has declined.
Dr. Ganne is awesome!! I was getting a bridge. He listened to my concern of not staying numb. He numbed me really good!! The doctor kept me informed as to what he was doing through out the appointment, also. His assistant was very kind too. Both worked quickly (but not too quickly!). When I got thw final fitting, it was next to perfect!
My experience yesterday was over and beyond great! The staff were very professional and personable! The dentist was amazing as well! Extremely thorough while I had my root canal done. I would highly recommend this dentist office.
The employees of SDS are amazing ive been going here for about 3 years they they really take the time to ensure your comfort and they are understanding of the challenges of life that stop us from having good hygiene habits. I've never felt judged or embarrassed even though I've done a horrible job keeping up with my oral hygiene.

My first visit here. I was blown away at the consideration about my partail n denture. Thought was gonna be a regular starter visit turned out to be a friendship. I'm on oxygen and they took such good care of me! ❤️
I had to go for an emergency dental crown repair during the busy holiday season and they got me right in. The office was fresh and clean, reception was quick and wait was minimal. Dental technicians and the Dentist were gentle and explained everything very well to me, including aftercare instructions. I had an excellent experience with them and will use them for future dental care. Very impressed.
Got me in the next day on a Saturday. Vicki took care of me before the doctor came in. She’s a pro and represents them well. Dr Wasey saved me for the day and I appreciate the honest take, he’s a straight shooter. Nothing but respect to all thanks for saving my Saturday.
I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic. From the very first phone call, when I called in with tooth pain, I received quick, caring, and immediate assistance. The team was incredibly human and professional throughout the entire process.
Dr. Tal Gafni treated me with outstanding professionalism and kindness. I truly appreciate the service I received and will definitely recommend this clinic to others — and return for future treatments myself.
