Phoenix Smile Dentist Office absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized. The office itself is spotless and modern, which immediately put me at ease.
The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about patient comfort and long-term dental health, not just getting you in and out. Even the hygienist was gentle and thorough — probably the most comfortable cleaning I’ve had in years.
If you’re looking for a dental office in Phoenix that’s professional, friendly, and actually makes going to the dentist a positive experience, this is the place. Highly recommend!

It was a easy and quick response on line & a phone call to get in a couple days later for my consultation.. Very clean business and friendly staff. They do the images the same day to make sure you are a good candidate for the procedure.. After Dr reviews your 3D scan.. They let you know right away.. Then go over the different options available the cheapest which is Dentures to the most expensive Top & Bottom Arches Permanent implants you never take out.. then they go over your payment plan.. they do not offer in house financing but, will put in to several financial institutions to find the best deal that fits your budget.. I go in on Thursday to do the permanent implants & I am very excited to get my smile back after 20 years of hiding behind my hand when I opened my mouth.. Thank you Smile Clinic
Dr. Harsini, Alexia, Xiomara, David and Erica literally everyone I came in contact with was amazing they were all so sweet helped me through the whole process. Not only was the price unbeatable the work omg I get compliments from everyone! My mom who has implants from somewhere else was shocked at the work, how beautiful my teeth where and how perfectly my new smile fit my mouth. She will be coming to Smile clinic in the future. My experience with this dental clinic has been horrible. It all started in my early 20s. At the time, I had almost perfect teeth, but they told me I needed 4 root canals from what I can remember. Now being 36 years old, I truly feel none of it was worth it.
I went through with the procedures, but after the second root canal, I remember not even wanting to go back because of how painful it was. Having needles constantly poked into my gums was unbearable. I eventually stopped going because I was so fed up. What makes it worse is that nobody explained to me that these procedures would need to be redone or refilled years later.
At that point in my life, I had good insurance, but after losing my job, I no longer had money to keep up with dental work. What also bothered me was that they convinced me to take out a loan without my parents there. Yes, I was over 18, but I was young and knew nothing about loans. I still remember sitting in a room with 3 people feeling pressured and interrogated into signing paperwork I didn’t fully understand.
Fast forward to today: I have lost about 4 teeth, I deal with constant mouth pain, headaches, and pain that even travels up to my ear. This whole experience has negatively impacted my life, and I regret ever getting work done here. In my opinion, I had procedures done that I did not truly need.
If you want to waste your time and money on a clinic that only cares about making money, then go ahead. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The loan they made me take out was for $800. That they kept and never returned I was supposed to get a bridge tóoth done and they kept my money
Erica is very nice, honest, and caring, I loved meeting Dr H and the photo he did if me brought me a sense of hope. I am really praying that I can get my dental care done in this practice. It would be an honor to have the teeth and smile that can make a difference in my life and in those around me every day. Thank you guys for giving me the time and attention that I really need to get started on this journey
Great experience! Friendly and competent staff. The doctor was very personable and the Hygienist made me feel very at ease. The receptionist was friendly and very professional as well. A really great experience overall. I would highly recommend this office for any of your dental needs.
