Of course I developed a bad style on Wed night and my Dr was off Thurs and Fri. So I went to SightMd. I AM SO LUCKY it’s in my neighborhood!!! I’m already feeling much better. Can’t say enough about it. My weekend would have been ruined. Thank you! Excellent service to have near by!

2 stars for SightMD — and that’s being generous. I booked this appointment specifically for help with contact lenses. I clearly explained that to at least three different staff members during check-in and intake. Not one person told me they don’t even offer that service. Instead, I waited about an hour, had my eyes dilated, and only then—when I finally saw the doctor—was I told they don’t handle contacts. At that point, I was asked if I’d be interested in eye surgery, since that’s what they actually do. So I lost an hour, paid a copay, and basically burned a full workday because no one in the office bothered to flag something that should’ve been caught immediately. The doctor apologized and seemed genuine—this wasn’t on him. But the front desk and intake staff completely failed here. This is basic stuff. If you know why you’re going in, double-check they actually provide that service before you waste your time. Or better yet, just go to the SightMD Garden City location instead.

Great experience. Within 10 minutes of arrival we were called in to start the testing and saw Dr.Baron after the tests were completed. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They prepared us for being there for a few hours but honestly it went quickly.

Very efficient. Took me exactly at the time of my appointment. All the tech people were extremely polite and professional, and the doctor was wonderful. Caring and explained everything I needed from her.

I had a 10:50am appointment. I was not seen until 12:45 and that was with me having to go to the front desk to explain me situation. The staff we all very friendly but it is very unfortunate that the schedule was so heavy booked. It leaves the doctors in an uncomfortable position to apologize and it leaves patients feeling frustrated and questioning if it is a money grab. Loved the doctor but the wait was ridiculous, unprofessional and beyond frustrating.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the office was very clean. Most of all Dr. Hatsis was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very confident about my upcoming laser surgery. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Hatsis Jr is a knowledgable doctor. He has suggested natural supplement to help with my eye problems. He is also always provides a through examination. He answrrs any questions that I have. I feel confident that I am getting the best care from Dr Hatsis.

Dr Harris and SightMD staff are very professional, extremely knowledgable and most importantly treat patients with respect. they use state of the art technology to ensure your eye exams are thorough. I recommend this practice.
