Today i visited this dental office for a teeth cleaning, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The young lady who performed the cleaning did an amazing job unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she truly deserves recognition for her professionalism and care.
The service was at a very high level from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.
Five stars for the entire team and the excellent service. I highly recommend this place!
I would like to thank Dr. Benlevi and his staff: Francheska (the magical Office unicorn) , Dr. Jackie (soft spoken but serious) , Dr. Ethan (gentle beast), Keke (beautiful energy at the front desk ), Lale (the next Dr.), George (a true gem with a smile), Enver (a poised team player).
I am not a very calm patient (dbl entendre) at the dentist and have heavy anxiety! Each one exemplified a high level of hospitality, care, empathy, as well as, going above and beyond when it came to me and my needs.
Dr. Benlevi and his office manager Francheska made sure the emergency service I needed was done and without pain before being presented an award at Lincoln Center last May (2026).
Truly an amazing and understanding team!

Isabel took care of my dental cleaning today, and I was blown away by her sensitivity and patience. She was incredibly gentle yet thorough, explaining every step with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find someone who treats you with such care and respect — she truly made me feel at ease. My teeth have never felt this clean, and my heart left just as happy as my smile. Highly, highly recommend Isabel — she’s a gem!
Isabell clean teeth really nice and is patient I haven’t been to the dentist in a while; so it is very good experience. She is also considerate enough for you to tell her if she is causing any pain on sensitivity. Also answer some concerns due to after pregnancy shifts
Fatemeh was fantastic. I’m very sensitive and she was very gentle with my teeth cleaning and very patient with me. I’ll request her to take care of my teeth cleaning moving forward. She provided me with enough topical nova to better my experience.
I’ve been going for years to MBDC. They have always been honest and given great care. They reccomended a few procedures over the years and I went to get second opinions. Their diagnosis and advice has always been verified by other dentists. Dr. Benlevi truly cares about his patients and has honest staff that cares just as much. Thanks for your great care!
DO NOT GO THERE! I had the worst experience with this practice especially Dr. Sherwin BenLevi. Went for routine cleaning. After that all patients expect be sitting on a brief sales pitch on a deep gum root cleaning for 100 to 200 dollars per tooth. Its uncomfortable granted one can just say no. The gentleman doing the sales pitch seems nice enough has a nice bed side manner. Fine, so I was told I needed 2 root canal. First day dr did do 2 quick 30 seconds each filling which honestly I thought were temporary fixes because they were so poorly done I didnt even know its what he had done it was so quick and that isnt a compliment its about the care and quality of work. Goal is to blast your insurance with max charge, deplete it right away if you have a cap and get paid, its all like a messy assembly line of patients. I decided okay let's start first root canal, the jr dentist who is young maybe newly out of dental school, looks miserable being there. started doing the work. All of a sudden you see her and the assistant panic I taste blood in my mouth, my suspicion she broke the tooth even though they wouldnt tell me. They quickly brought in dr BenLevi to try and temporarily fix the issue. They could not finish, temp sealed it, so messy as well, like no effort goes into anything. put me on Motrin rx and antibiotic. Told me to come back in 2 days. I called to ask if I can wait a few days. My face was swollen and I was still sore. They said I had to email the office manager which I did in order to not be charged a rescheduling fee. Fine I did, they said please come either the next day or day after they insisted. So I came I waited a while, was moved from room to room like 3 times I think on purpose. Finally dr. BenLevi comes in upset, with an attitude complaining out loud that his time is being wasted, hes aggressively reprimanding dental assistant on the tools, banging tools. He was drilling working aggressively, blood started pooling in the back of my throat I was gagging and hes yelling at me to open, open, open. Also in order to fix their mistake the drilled off part of a crown next to that tooth, ruined it. Drilled down so deep down the side of my tooth past the gum line maybe to create a new foundation due to whatever damage had been done. Now I have a huge space between both teeth. I choose the more expensive crown, paid half was told 2 weeks itll be ready I came in made the 2nd half payment, it wouldnt sit right had to wait another 2 weeks. Was that done purposefully as well to make sure they get full payment Im not sure. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND YOU SHOULD BEWARE AS WELL. There is NO CARE at all, youre just a number and how can the squeeze as much as possible as quick and as cheap as possible. The office is disorganized and so dirty, the dental assistants very nice but dont speak English.
Excellent service and staff!! I’m super afraid of dental work and they really out me at ease and provide special treatments for pain . Clemens was a perfect technician! She took special care of me and address my fears . The cleaning was seamless . The front desk is always so cordial and helpful. I live the fact they get back to you by text if they missed your call
