Dr. Rafael and his staff have been wonderful and patient with me. The accommodation was excellent. Although I usually dislike visiting the dentist, they made me feel valued and at ease. Dr. Rafael took his time to explain the advantages and disadvantages of various fillings, which was cool. I recommend this dental office.

My first visit with Dr Rafael was amazing, he explained to me why an implant was necessary and we went ahead with the procedure! I am so amazed at how pain free and smooth the process was. I’m so happy with my results & Highly recommend getting your work done here. staff did a great job as well!

I had a very positive experience at Gentle Dental Care. The staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism from the moment I arrived. The dentist took the time to thoroughly examine my tooth, take X-rays, and clearly explain what was causing the pain. They answered my questions, discussed my treatment options, and made sure I understood the next steps. Everyone was patient, caring, and attentive. I highly recommend Gentle Dental Care to anyone looking for a caring dental team!

I had a great experience as new patient. Everyone was professional, efficient and courteous. I was well informed about my dental health, received recommendations for continuing care at home, all my concerns were addressed. Definitely coming back.

I've had a regular cleaning, a deep cleaning, and two distal wedges. The cleaning by the dental hygienist was pretty good and didn't hurt because she would use different tools if you experienced pain with the traditional tools. The deep cleaning and distal wedges were simple, as you just get numbing and then you can just relax for the next 40 minutes. Overall, it is a decent place to build a relationship with the dentist and the staff so they know you better and then can help you better.

I had a great experience today. The dentist was kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. Even though I was nervous, they made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The staff was friendly, and I appreciate the care I received. Thank you for helping me with my tooth pain!

I had a great visit today, as always! The doctor and staff were amazing. I came in for a tooth sealing, and it was taken care of instantly and completely pain-free. I would highly recommend this office—10 out of 10!

I’ve been coming here for at least 6 years. Today I’m starting the replacements of my very old fillings. Dr. Lakhchakov is a true professional and as the name of the practice says.. very gentle. I recommend him 100 percent.
